This property is located within a Residential Area, therefore it is strictly forbidden any activity that might disturb other guests or neighbours. I

**One baby stays free of charge in a babycot, a highchair will be provided as well (on request)

** A security deposit of EUR 200 is required for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection.

One dog allowed paying a 50€ fee This property is located within a residential area, therefore all activities that may disturb other guests or neighbours are strictly forbidden.

-Between 00:00 and 01:30 - EUR 80
