We had a wonderful week at Casa la cancion.
The house had everything we needed and was very clean and presentable.
The area was quiet and peaceful.
We enjoyed popping down to the nearest beach (a couple of minutes walk at the end of the road) and the stunning cliff top walks (it took about 45 minutes to walk all the way to Calp where we enjoyed dinners at the many fish restaurants).
The owners communication was fantastic and getting there took just over an hour by road from Alicante. There are well stocked local shops, one just round the corner and a couple of great supermarkets on the road to Moaria.
Just trying to figure out when we can go back.

We have stayed in this villa twice now and had a great time. This time there was my wife and i, previously it was ourselves plus our daughter and son in law so there is room for 4.
It is very clean, comfortable and well equipped. The pool is great and very private.
It provides a good base for nearby Moraira which is a 5 minute car journey away, which we love. You are also nearby Caple and Benissa and there is lots to do in the area.
The villa is set in a quiet residential area and has the benifit of good off road parking.
This villa also offers excellent value for money and we will definetly be returning again soon.

The Villa is a pleasant easy drive form Alicante airport and is only a few minutes out of Calpe. The property is easily found using the directions supplied by the villa operators.

On reaching the villa it is set in a beautiful area and is very very clean. The pool looked brand new and the sun areas were immaculately clean and very well presented.

There are plenty of sun loungers, chairs, tables etc for your needs and the site gets the sun throughout the day.

On entering the villa you can tell it has been well looked after and again is very very clean and well presented. All the home comforts you are used to are present in the villa and you want for nothing.

I would say that this was very good value for money?

It certainly did meet our expectations?

The description of the property was under accurate as we found it to be a very pleasant surprise?

Would we recommend it to a friend, indeed and all ready have to half our local pub having only been back in the UK 2 days?

From start to finish we were again more than adequately looked after during our stay? Communication was excellent throughout the duration and made the whole experience easy to follow and made for great peace of mind.

& our friends review

The Villa, set in a very quiet area just 5 minutes drive from the main town, 5 minutes walk to a beautiful beach and was extremely easy to find using the directions provided.

The Villa’s amenities were superb with everything you could need for a great holiday. Well stocked kitchen facilities, beautifully clean and tidy throughout.

The friendly local managers were a pleasure to deal with and popped in to see if everything was up to standard and see if we needed anything else to enjoy our stay.

The BBQ is a perfect accompaniment to evenings spent by the pool, which looked brand new.

All in all the Villa surpassed the description we read on the website prior to booking and I would recommend it to any of my friends or family.

I spent four days with some friends at Casa Amarillo. The home sits on a beautiful piece of land that is quite and well shaded. The pool which is just right out the front door was well kept and refreshing. Our kids loved roaming the grounds and playing on the trampoline. Roy and his wife were very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. The house was well equipped and comfortable. If we needed something Roy was right there to fulfill our need. He went out of his way to make our stay enjoyable and comfortable. I would highly recommend Casa Amarillo.

We had a wonderful holiday here. The villa was excellent- set in lovely peaceful surroundings, spacious, well furnished, well equiped and Jane had provided a few extras for our arrival which were very much appreciated. The beds were so comfortable too. The swimming pool was lovely and used daily by us all. The villa is well positioned and we visited the mountains at Arecena, Monte Gordo in Portugal, the wild west town of El Rocio, the Donana park, the beaches at Matascanas and Mazagon, and Seville. These places are all within easy reach by car. There are a number of supermarkets close by and the local village of Villarasa was also really nice. The locals are all so friendly. Jane and Roy helped us so much - they are a mine of information and so helpful and friendly. If you are considering a move to Spain or just want a relaxing holiday - this is the place to stay. Highly recommended.

very clean and well positioned villa with all mod cons. Very helpful owners and no concerns at all. Pool is great. The villa location is excellent - you can stay local or explore the lovely coastline. Will be coming back!!

I reluctantly write this review, as once people read about this little gem, it wont be available for our week again next year! My family love this villa as it is situated in a quiet location, five minutes walk to a shingle beach and 10 minutes from La Fustera beach via the cliff walk. The villa is in a quiet situation, tucked away surrounded by holiday villas and homes for locals. Via the cliff top walk, it is possible to reach a couple of bars and the local supermarket. Note, the cliff walk is not lit at night, which means that any visits to local bars on foot are restricted by daylight! Calpe, Benissa, Javea and Moriara are easily accessible via the coast road, which is closeby. The villa is clean, well maintained and adequately stocked. The pool is great, being clean, private and is situated outside the front of the villa. My family have holidayed at La Fustera and the surrounding area for 8 years and have stayed at this villa twice. This little gem suits my families requirements for a lovely, relaxing, enjoyable summer holiday.

We spent 3 weeks in villa, we know the area well, you do need a car, there are walks to do if you are able. Reasonably quiet location and easy trip to shops, Moraira and Calpe. We have infact rebooked again for this year. The pool is great, very clean.good to know you can contact people there,if any problems arise with the villa.

Hi DaveWe had a very good time at your villa thanks.Overall - impressed with the villa, outside space and pool.Even with the increased numbers staying, there was plenty of room - morethan we had imagined from the web info. The only critisism we have is the size of the double bed in one of therooms. It is very small for a double and in the hot weather made ituncomfortable for two 50yr olds! This is in no way spoiled our stay and Imention it as helpfull feedback.Stefca welcomed us on arrival, but other than that we were left to our owndevices - exactly what we wanted. Thanks again - we are very satisfied customers.RegardsSteve

Dave, sorry for not replying sooner, but I've been so busy at work since my return, I haven't been checking my emails at home! I think I need another break!I received the cheque safely thank you. We really enjoyed the holiday and the quiet location of the villa and had great weather. It was our first visit to this part of mainland Spain and the region is far more developed than I had realised. However, should we visit the area again, expect an email from me!The pool is a real plus and a good move in the rental market, especially for families.Good luck with your future 'customers'.CheersPeter.Peter Nuttall
