Situated on the gentle slopes of Calahonda this 2 bed 1 bath apartment is ideal for those looking for economic holiday accommodation.
On site there is a small restaurant / bar serving good quality food.
Marbella and Puerto Banus is only 15 minutes away by car and the Port of Cabopino with its excellent selection of restaurants and bars only 5 minutes. The apartments have safe off road parking and a good size pool solely for the use of the residents.

Excellent selection of sports facilities close by.
For the sports person there is the small but excellent par 3 nine hole La Siesta Golf course next to the apartments. Just across the road is the Club del Sol with its 12 tennis courts, 8 paddle courts and an excellent gym.

Apartment Description
The apartment consists of entrance hall, which leads to: a fitted kitchen, with hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing M/c and dishwasher the lounge/dining room, which has doors out to the south west facing glazed terrace, There is a DVD player connected to the TV. Off the hall is the master bedroom, a second twin bedroom, a full bathroom and a cloakroom. The master bedroom has access to separate private terrace.

FACILITIES
A weekly maid service with change of linen and towels is included. However, clients are required to bring their own pool/beach towels.
Our house is managed by a professional maintenance company with bilingual staff. They provide 24 hour emergency service. We can arrange airport transfers, car hire, golf, tennis, restaurant bookings, tours, etc.

We had a very good holiday at the property. The pool area is excellent as are the gardens better than the description suggests. There is a samll friendly bar/restaurant on the complex which is very convienient. If you do not watn to drive there is the Calahonda train that goes past the entrance of the complex every hour which make it very easy to get to the supermarket, beach or the bus. Would definatly visit again.

The apartment was fantastic and the pool and surrounding is stunning and a really nice bunch of familys on the development who made our stay even nicer, we are going to re-book next year and hopefully get the other apartment of yours for more family Thanks and we shall speak again about re-booking in due course Thanks ben and family
