Nice 4 person apartment with good location on the sun coast. Quiet neighborhood and nice parking. Magnificent large south-facing balcony with glass facades that can be pushed to the side open / close. especially beneficial in off-season. The balcony is large and makes the apartment much larger. Well furnished and furnished.
