The apartment has private car parking immediately at the entance to the stairwell of the building and is one floor down at raised garden level, therefore very private. A walk through the gardens and pool area leads to a private gateway where you can access the three local restaurants on foot.

Shopping & Beaches
Within five minutes drive at the entrance to Calahonda on the coast road there are three large supermarkets (who will deliver your shopping if you wish) and many restaurants, hairdressers,video store,banks and all amenities.
Ten minutes away in each direction are the wonderful beaches at Cabopino and La Cala.
Cabopino is a small elegant marina with restaurants, great beachbars and a wonderful safe bay for swimming with both private areas with beds and umbrellas
and free beach area.

Going Out
La Cala is a wonderful spanish village with a superb beach and has many small private beachbars and fun nightlife,bars and restaurants. The is a large market here every Saturday.
Within 20 minutes in each direction you can enjoy Marbella, Puerto Banus, Fuengirola and the mountain village of Mijas.

Extra information (This beautifully furnished apartment has two double bedrooms with excellent quality kingsize beds. The master bedroom has large french doors to the terrace and a large en-suite bathroom. There is a further Shower-room and cloakroom adjoining the second bedroom. The kitchen is fully fitted an equipped with a cooker and large fridge plus cooking utensils, china and glasswear. There is also a utility room with washing machine. The lounge /diner is elegantly furnished throughout in cream with Satelite TV and video. The large terrace has wonderful seaviews and overlooks the gardens of tropical plants and palm trees with a large pool. There is a table with 6 comfortable, reclining dining chairs and two footstools for your leisurely relaxation on the terrace. Bedroom and bathroom linen is changed weekly and beach/pool towels and pool beds are supplied for the convenience of guests. The perfect relaxing holiday home.)

i stayed here with my 3 children we had a great holiday the pool was great the nearby restraunts very good and child friendly.very central to all other op holiday destenations. i would highly recomend this villa mrs. murphy cork ireland

Good quality apartment, quiet location but two resturants and a bar close by so no need to drive in the evening. A good distance from the beach but this allows for a quiet, noise free location at all times. Returned home relaxed and stress free.

The property is very well situated, with three restaurants and a supermarket virtually on your doorstep. The shared pool and the surrounding area is kept very neat and tidy and even though we were there at the height of the season, it never seemed to be overcrowded. The apartment itself was a delight- with 2 very nice sized bedrooms each having their own bathroom. Thanks Rita & Geoff for letting us share your holdiday apartment!! Krys
Property was very comfortable and clean, however the kitchen could have been cleaner. On entering the property you get a very strong smell of calor gas and this is off putting, something needs to be done about that. The views are wonderful and the property is totally secure. Access to a few restaurants and shop via the gardens is very useful. The complex is nearly 3Km from the centre of Calahonda, so a car is essential.

Many thanks for your comments. We were disappointed to hear you felt the kitchen wasn't as clean as could be, further to this we have decided to upgrade the kitchen & we are replacing the gas oven with an electric one which we feel will solve this cleanliness problem & as there will be no canisters on the property this will remove any gas smells, as well as being more user friendly!BestThe Kayes
