Penthouse apartment, spacious roof terrace, fantastic sea views. Very large swimming pool with pool bar. Ideally suited to families and couples. Discounts for stays of 3 weeks and over.
Our Penthouse is situated on the family friendly complex of Bella Luna in the Cala Egos region of Cala D'or.
The complex and local area is ideal for families and couples with a good selection of bars, shops and restaurants and 2 beaches all within a few minutes walk of the apartment.
The apartment is on the 3rd floor, easily accessible by lift, and has fantastic panoramic views of the sea on 3 sides and of the mountains the other. The large roof terrace provides sun worshipers the ideal opportunity to soak up the rays all day, there are 4 sunbeds and comfortable seating to enjoy a glass of sangria whilst the sun goes down and the BBQ heats up. This year, on the roof terrace, we have installed a permanent BBQ, sink with hot water and provided extra plates, cutlery, wine glasses and tumblers so you don't have to carry utensils upstairs.
If you've had too much sun, then there is a large covered terrace with table and chairs and lovely views of the sea and communal gardens.
There are a selection of books and DVDs to suit all ages as well as games such as Scrabble, Monopoly and other childrens games. Small children are well catered for; there are plastic tumblers, plates and kids cutlery. A highchair and cot can also be provided on request.
For group bookings, we do have other identical apartments available on the complex, please enquire at the time of booking.
Cala D'Or has 7 idyllic beaches and sheltered coves making it very safe for young children; the beautiful unspoilt area of Cala Mondrego is 5 minutes by car or open top bus. A road train travels all around the Cala D'or area and excursion coaches can be booked for sightseeing trips all over the island so a hire car is not necessary.
Golf enthusiasts will be spoilt for choice; Val D'or 18 hole course is just a 10 minute drive and on a Friday evening you can enjoy a BBQ on the terrace of the club house with fabulous views over looking Porto Colom. There are 2 sets of golf clubs available in the apartment for guests to use. The area is very popular with cyclists with its well maintained roads relatively free of traffic and its year round warm sunny climate.
Arrival and departure time is flexible depending on other bookings at that time.
Cala D'or is not a rowdy resort, evening entertainment is based in the hotels and bars that are located in the pedestrianised part of the town.
The sophisticated and cosmopolitan marina provides varied restaurants and the opportunity to relax and watch luxurious yachts and motor boats coming and going out of the harbour.
The neighbouring marina at Porto Petro has retained its small town feel with authentic Mallorquin and seafood restaurants overlooking this beautiful natural harbour in an understated manner.
