The further three en-suite bedrooms are on the first floor along with another bright living room which has access to a desirable terrace with sea views. The terrace is perfect for a morning coffee or an evening aperitif whilst the sunsets on the horizon.

Externally, Villa Luvina is architecturally, quite charming, providing a lovely back drop for lazing by the private swimming pool and reading your book, topping up your tan or watching children play in the pool.
