Our lovely 3 bedroom duplex house is located in the prestigious & popular region of Cabo Roig. Located only a few yards from 1 of 2 lovely pools, this is an ideal location for a relaxing break any time of year. The living area is on the ground floor and opens out onto a large terrace with built in BBQ for alfresco evenings. A fully fitted kitchen leads to a spacious utility area with washing machine, and shower room.The master bedroom has its own large private balcony. The second and third bedrooms have twin beds.There is a fully fitted toilet and bathroom up stairs and a toilet and shower room down stairs.. Linen and towels provided, but not beach towels. There is British TV in the lounge including most main terrestrial tv channels. This villa also benefits from "FREE" wifi internet. There is also a CD player too. The kitchen has the usual facilities. The lovely swimming pool is only 5 paces from the house and sun loungers with cushions and outdoor furniture is provided. The popular Cabo Roig Strip with it's many bars and restaurants is only 10 minutes walk away, with the lovely Cabo Roig beach being a similar distance. Everything you will need is within a 10 minute walk including a supermarket and a car hire company if required.
Los Angius V Community
Situated among broad avenues, lined with swaying palms and landscaped gardens. Some forty-five minutes drive south of Alicante airport, lies the delightful peninsular of Cabo Roig.
Cabo Roig rates as one of the most exclusive developments along the Costa Blanca situated five miles from Torrevieja and five minutes drive from the Villamartin golf course. The Maritime Walk, which embraces the whole of the peninsular coastline, gives access to some of the finest sandy beaches on the Costa Blanca.
The house is part of the Los Anguis V community, which is well established within Cabo Roig.
It has well maintained beautiful gardens and pathways and 2 communal pools with showers.
The community provides a tranquil respite, yet is close to both shops and restaurants as well as the two Cabo Roig beaches.
The community lies at the end of a no through road and has a private gated entrance.
There is a private car park and an electronic key for the security gate is provided.
We stayed in Angius V Duplex No2 mid-August 2015. Our party consisted of grandparents, parents and boys aged 4 and 2. The apartment and complex was superb and we could not recommend them highly enough . The pool area, one of many on the site was just right for small children and adults alike a terrific suntrap with well-groomed gardens surrounding it very quiet most of the day with only about 10 families sharing. The accommodation was spacious well equipped and easy to maintain. The main strip of this resort was a short 10 minute walk away thanks to a handy short cut to the rear of our building. This strip provided a wealth of shops and a huge variety of restaurants and bars at very competitive prices. Slightly further away was La Zenia Boulevard a huge Shopping and Dining Mall well worth a visit
We would also like to pay tribute to Chris Bendall the owners agent who took care of us superbly during our stay and had a wealth of local knowledge to assist us whilst we were there.

Had a great holiday in this holiday home in July 2015. The house was very clean , well equipped and spacious. The position of the house is fantastic with the pool right outside the terrace ! We had 3 teenagers with us and they had a great time too , having 2 sets of keys meant they could do their own thing. The short cut out the back to the road and easy access to ' The Strip' is useful. We found a bar just out the back called Bar Argentino which was very handy for drinks/ snacks/ breakfasts all cheap with lovely staff which we went to most days , a good stop off either on the way to or back from the strip as it was so hot to walk. The beach is 10/15 min walk and lovely although very busy especially at weekend. We would recommend this house if you are going to Cabo Roig as its in a very nice complex with everything you need. Pick up/drop off to and from the airport went smoothly, thanks Chris.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here in July 2014. The location is ideal - close to beaches/supermarkets/restaurants. Villa itself is very well equipped and access to a pool right outside the front door is perfect. The patio area was very spacious and a great place to socialise over food and drink. Our family really enjoyed it.

Our only comment/complaint would be that: there was a strong smell of stale cigarette smoke in the property when we arrived. I think it should be "No Smoking" indoors.
Information relating to matters such as local shops/supermarkets should be supplied and advise on it being a good distance to walk for basic essentials. A Bus timetable would be an advantage - plus up to date information regarding the Bus Stop.
Thank you for posting a review. I am sorry you could smell smoke on arrival, as this villa is a strictly "No Smoking" property. Sadly if a customer decides to ignore our request...then there is little we can do about that. We will continue to remind our future guests that smoking is only permitted in outdoor areas of the property. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.
