This is a three bedroom luxury south facing duplex which is spread over two floors with three sun terraces offering all day sunshine.
One double bed and 4 single beds (a cot is available on request).
One spacious bathroom on the top floor and one shower room/toilet on the ground floor.
Fully equipped new kitchen and separate utility room.
Spacious dining room seats 6 people and lounge which opens onto a large south facing balcony with patio furniture for outside dining and a built in barbeque.
The dining terrace is partly covered for the comfort of dining alfresco.
There is a second sun terrace affording all day and early evening sunshine on the 1st floor and also a third sun terrace walking out from the master bedroom on the upper floor which also affords all day and early evening sunshine - definitely a sun trap this one, and guarantees a deep tan.
The ground floor offers a large spacious lounge and dining area. The air conditioned lounge has two double sofas and satellite/cable TV, playing BBC and ITV channels.
The separate dining area has a large dining table and 6 chairs. Leading from the lounge is the kitchen area which is fully equipped to cater for 6 people, also there is a separate utility room which offers a washing machine, sink and clothes drying area. as well as a toilet/ shower room which includes a shower cubicle with a sink basin and WC.
Leading from the lounge is an exceptionally large outdoor sun terrace which offers all day sun. There is a large marble dining table and 6 chairs + built in barbeque for alfresco dining. There is also a large grill which can be plugged into an outside socket to grill steaks/fish etc on the terrace (for if you dont want to light the barbeque).
The property is on a corner plot so has an abundance of space - a 2nd sun terrace leads on from the outdoor dining area which is south facing so catches all day and evening sun.
Comprising of three bedrooms, the master bedroom with double bed, fitted wardrobes and air conditioning. Window shutters opens onto the 3rd large sun terrace.which is south facing and a sun trap for sun worshipers. The second and third bedrooms have twin beds, built-in wardrobes, one has air conditioning the other is cooled by fans. There is also a cot if required.

APARTMENT COMPLEX AND CABO ROIG COSTAL RESORT
Our apartments in the Los Angius V complex are situated in an exclusive residential area. The beautiful Cabo Roig beach is within 400mtrs just at the end of our street and the beaches of Calle Capital and La Zenia are within walking distance. A childs playground is located at the beach end of our street. The privately owned complex has mature gardens and two large swimming pools (we do not overlook the pools but both are within 50 and 100yds of the apartment) - there is one road into the complex which is manned by an automatic gate.
The area has numerous restaurants and supermarkets all within a 10 minute walk (less than 10 mins if you go via the shortcut out the back gate) which allows for a great night out after which you can return to our complex and leave the nightlife behind. The Strip is where it is all happening, the place for evening entertainment where there are Spanish, Italian, Chinese, Indian, German and English restaurants and numerous bars all open until late. Just a short journey away by car or taxi is the plaza at Villamartin with over 20 bars and restaurants situated in a picturesque square near the golf course.
Cabo Roig is referred to as the jewel of southern Costa Blanca and is eclipsed by EEC blue flag beaches and coastal walkways. Situated 45 minutes South of Alicante Airport and 20 minutes North of Murcia Airport.
The nearest beach is within 400mtrs and all the beaches are cleaned each morning. Apart from sunbathing the nearest beach offers sailing, scuba diving fishing and water skiing all next to a beautiful marina. The beautiful costal walkway is a must do and stretches for miles above the beaches passing natural coves, ideal for a relaxing scenic walk or an energetic jog or cycle.
With 300 days of sunshine and warm temperatures this location is ideal for couples, families or golfers seeking an active or relaxing holiday.
The Murcia area is becoming very popular with golfers as there are 17 superb golf courses within 30 minutes drive and several more under construction. The Nicklaus Trail provides various types of course from desert to parkland and other courses such as La Peraleja constructed by Seve Ballesteros has some excellent par 3’s. Three courses are within 10 minutes of Cabo Roig. Campoamor is situated in two valleys with magnificent views and a beautiful clubhouse, Villamartin has an abundance of olive trees and well placed bunkers to make it a challenging course for players of all abilities and Las Ramblas is stunning but a short course and is challenging with high trees, natural fairways and ravines feature strongly. La Finca is 15 minutes drive where a new clubhouse is being built to serve the Spanish Open and La Marquesa is close by. Roda golf is highly recommended, is 15 minutes away and very popular with it’s signature 7th island green par 3 surrounded by water a must for golfers of all standards. La Manga is 30 minutes away and has 3 championship courses to play. (Pre-booking your tee-off times is advisable - at some courses a handicap certificate is required, discounted fees can be arranged). Golf clubs and buggies can be hired.

Very nice clean, spacious accommodation. The only slight critism was the road noise particularly at night and the security gate noise at night, but other than that, wse really liked the apartment and its location. Thank you for allowing us to use it.

The apartment has excellent facilities and in particular we loved the built in BBQ and griddle, which both made for some fantastic family evenings on the patio.
The apartment was clean and tidy with modern facilities. We made use of the pools, which were clean and made a nice change to the beach.
Cabo Roig beach is a short stroll away and was also excellent - clean and tidy with a gentle slope into the sea (ideal for young families although not a factor for us). The sea was clear and there is a beach bar open from early until late.
This was our second visit to the apartment. The first was super but with the new kitchen it is stunning. With all new pans and lots more work surface it was a pleasure to cook.
The apartment was very spacious and well-equipped and a great base for our family as was close enough to amenities but not too close so as to be noisy. We really loved the fact the beach was fairly closeby -although the review had said 5 minutes and I think you would have had to run to get there in 5 minutes! Nevertheless that wasnt a problem. The property was fairly clean when we arrived. The only small concern we had was that although needed a key to get your car into the complex, it wasnt actually secure as the gate was always open for people to walk in and as we were one of the first apartments inside the complex we worried a little about security but didnt have any problems whatsoever. We feel due to the size of the apartment it was good value for money and we would definitely consider booking this apartment again or recommending it if we came to the area again. Thank you.

Once again we had a lovely holiday in this apartment. I brought my in-laws with us this time and they really appreciated the outdoor terraces as the dining terrace was under cover and cool just right for relaxing and dining and the other terraces were sun traps. We will definitely book again next year and it will be our 4th year running.
I have been meaning to get in touch all week but have been busy in work. We had a wonderful time in your lovely apartments and we loved Capo Roig. The whole family were delighted with the accommodation and location. The weather was great and the children spent most of the day on the beach at Cala Capitan. The apartments were ideal for our large family group and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We would d efin itely use your apartments again and would recommend them to anyone visiting the Capo Roig area.

My extended family and I booked both apartments for 10 days and we had a wonderful family holiday one we wont forget. Both apartments met all our requirements as a family and we had some great meals (all 9 of us) cooking on the BBQ on the 2nd floor patio which was very spacious. The beach and pool were close by and the entertainment was a short walk away. Our cars were parked just outside and we felt secure. The people on the complex were all very friendly. Cant wait to organise our little party again next year and will definitely book both apartments again.

Superb apartment and location. Totally exceeded our expectations.
We have been fortunate enough to rent this villa long term for the past 10 months and will be sad to leave. It is in a great position, near the beach, shops and restaurants. We enjoyed eating out every day on the large veranda and catching the last of the days sun on the terrace. The apartment itself is very comfortable, spacious and well equipped. Parking is just outside but it isn't necessary to hire a car as everything is nearby.
