A lovely 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom quad villa on the much sought after urbanization of San Jose near to Cabo Roig. Close to local amenities and the beach at Cabo Roig.

There are also many bars and restaurants within walking distance.
Alicante airport is approximately 45 minutes away with Murcia only 20 minutes away.

External furniture includes a patio table and 6 chairs for the ground floor terrace together with additional tables and chairs on the bedroom balcony and solarium. The outside space to this property really offers the sun lover many vantage points with plenty of room downstairs on a large tiled terrace, a sun terrace on the first floor and a large private roof top solarium. There is still plenty of room to park your car in the driveway to the side of the house.

Inside the living area is bright and spacious and offers all the necessary comforts.
There is a 3 seater sofa and armchairs just in case you want a break for the warm weather or just want to catch up on your essential TV viewing. The UK TV system offers all the UK terrestrial channels and many more including sports and movie channels Other furnishings include a dining table with 4 chairs, with matching wall unit and coffee table.

WiFi is available at an additional cost per stay.

The ground floor cloakroom has a w.c. and wash hand basin.

The open kitchen has a large breakfast bar area separating it from the living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven and hob, fridge freezer and washing machine. Other equipment includes a toaster and kettle and all the necessary cooking utensils, pots pans, crockery and cutlery. Everything that is need for the self catering holiday or longer stay tenant.

The bedrooms both have hot and cold air conditioning fitted. The main bedroom has a king size bed, fitted wardrobes and sliding doors that lead out onto the balcony.

The second bedroom has 2 single beds, fitted wardrobes and a bedside table and lamp. All the necessary bedding is provided.

The full size bathroom on the first floor is fully tiled and has a bath with overhead shower, w.c. bidet and wash hand basin with mirror. Bath and hand towels are provided.

There is plenty of external furnishing to make the most of the south facing position with external tables and chairs on the ground floor and a gas BBQ.

Great location for Summer, Winter and golfing breaks.

Sorry but this complex has a no dogs policy.

Just to say thanks for a great stay,
We had a month from mid Jan to mid Feb and as well as the weather being perfect every day the villa was superb, lovely residential area and a bonus that this one is south facing for sun lovers like me, full kitchen with washing machine, plenty of hot water, English TV, very clean and comfy overall. We always opt for this type of holiday and this has been every bit as good as any other we’ve had, a 9 out of 10 but only because it’s someone else’s home and not ours, otherwise 10. Booking, directions and support in Spain straight forward and excellent although we didn’t need to contact them as everything was as smooth as silk. We hired a car for the full month, very cheap and straightforward, reserve it in the U.K. but pay in Spain to avoid paying twice for insurance as they often won’t accept what you buy in U.K. There really wasn’t a need for the car all of the time, we had bars, cafes and shops within a 10 minute walk if we fancied a drink. Very close to the new La Zenia Boulevard, we’re almost retired but a younger family would walk it easily. Bus services are not so good but we found taxis easily available and not dear compared with U.K. The neighbours are brilliant and we invited some over for a barbeque near the end of our stay.
Would definitely go again and would recommend to my friends without any concerns

This house is in the town but in a quiet area near the sea. It has a shared pool, a balcony, a barbecue and a garden. Car hire is recommended as the house is less than a 15 minute walk to at least a couple of shops, bars and restaurants; however parking is available if required.
