Moraira is a small fishing village and tourist center at the same time, where there are no tall buildings, the majority are villas and houses and lots of vegetation. It is located in the Valencian community, 80 km. from Alicante and 115 km. From Valencia.
Moraira has more than 300 sunny days a year. It is a place recommended by the W.H.O., since you can take advantage of its microclimate and relax in the sun during most of the year.
The sheltered bay shape of the coast between Moraira and Calpe, and the position of the mountains that surround us favor a micro climate with an average annual temperature of 18º C.
HOLIDAY RENTING
The published prices are always per week. Arrivals and Departures on Saturday in summer season. The rest of the year it is more flexible and Minimum stays are 7 nights .
The price includes: The final house cleaning, Fully equipped accommodation, linen (sheets and bath towels), water, air conditioning, electricity. The linen is changes weekly. Please bring your own beach towels.

LONG TERM RENTAL
The monthly price for long-term is from 2 months and does not include the summer months.
For long term rental including June, July, August and September the minimum stay would be 11 months, for a stay of less than 11 months an increase in the price would be applied for the summer months.
The price includes: The fully equipped and furnished accommodation, with kitchen utensils and electrical appliances, sheets and bath towels. You get Community extras excluded.
The price does not include: the final cleaning of the house, the garbage collection fee, or the community fee
