Attractive Andalucian-style two story villa. Convenient yet quiet location enjoying an elevated position with fantastic views.
This is an attractive villa built in a traditional Andalucian style enjoying an elevated position with fantastic views. The bright spacious accommodation is arranged over 2 floors. The ground floor level offers a large reception area which is semi open plan to the dining room and well fitted kitchen, one double bedroom, a second bedroom with twin beds and a shower room. From the reception room access is provided to a large balcony with table for eating and relaxing whilst enjoying open views towards the sea.
A marble staircase leads from the reception room to the lower level providing, large master bedroom with ensuite bathroom/shower, dressing area. Further double bedroom with shower ensuite. Utility room.
Access is provided to the garden from the lower hall way. The rear garden is divided into 3 areas. The large terrace has a barbeque area and shaded seating area. The second area is divided with a wall and gate for safety as it has a large swimming pool surrounded by a further large terrace enjoying excellent views. To the side of the property is a third area with mature trees and shrubs.
To the front of the house is a small garden and parking space for one car.
The property is well presented with neutral decor and the kitchen and shower rooms were refitted in 2011.
The property also benefits from individual air conditioning units to each room, internet access with Wi-Fi and satellite TV.
The house is ideal for families as we have installed a stair gate at the top of the marble staircase. We would point out that unless the gate is shut, the marble staircase is open from the reception room so must be kept shut when infants are in the house. The stairs are also very slippery when wet. For visitors who wish to bring young children, we are able to provide a high chair and travel cot for a small extra charge.
Upon arrival at the property you will be met and shown around by our local representatives Carol and Tony. They will also be on call throughout your stay to attend to any issues that might arise or to give you any advice to help you enjoy your stay.
Smoking is not permitted inside the house to maintain a clean fresh envorinment for everyone however smoking can be enjoyed on the large balcony or in the lower garden and around the pool.
A particular attraction is the quiet location, yet being conveniently situated close to shops and restaurants and within walking distance (10 minutes) of Tivoli World amusement park. The mainline railway staion is within 15 minutes walk or 5 minutes by taxi, preferable with luggage as it is up hill!
From the rear of the property are open views to the sea with the seafront being within approximately 1.5 kilometres
The area is well served with many sporting activities and the villa is ideally situated for easy access to several golf courses with Benalmadena Golf (9holes) and Golf Torrequebrada (18 holes) both being only a few minutes drive away.

This was an ideal villa for a family holiday. The ages ranged from 75 years to 7 years and we were all very satisfied with the facilities. The children loved the pool and the older ones were equally pleased with the many areas where one could have a few moments peace and quiet.
The location was perfect for the beach, the Pueblo with its many bars and restaurants, and the many golf courses in the area. Would recommend hiring a car to make the most of the region though it is quite possible to walk to the 2 local supermarkets and the nearby attractions. Tivoli World was enjoyed by all, though it was only open at weekends at the time of year we visited.
The motorway system is only a few minutes away giving access to the many places of interest along the Costa del Sol. The airport is no more than 20 minutes from the villa.
Carol and Tony, the property managers, were very accommodating in arranging early entry to the villa and because of a late flight home, (had to be re-arranged due to Monarch's demise) allowed us to stay longer in the villa at the end of our stay. The welcome pack provided at the beginning of our holiday was amazing. Never before have we had such a comprehensive hamper of goodies!
All in all a brilliant holiday and we all hope to be able to stay in this villa again.

I can start by endorsing everything we have read in the many positive reviews already showing for 2016 and 2017.
Despite reading them before we went, we were still amazed at how wonderful the villa, the views, the pool and the
welcome pack actually were on arrival.
It is a very comfortable and well-equipped villa. The sea views, garden and secluded pool are fabulous. All the relaxing and
dining areas give you the perfect choices. Wi-Fi and English TV are so good to have too.
Carol & Tony stay just a phone call away so you don’t feel isolated. Once you get your bearings you discover
supermarkets, restaurants, Tivoli World and many other things almost on your doorstep.
A lovely villa in an ideal location, I would highly recommend for a large or small family holiday.
We had an absolutely fabulous time at the villa. Everything we needed was there which makes your stay more relaxing. Even though I'd looked at all the pictures it's even better than imagined, so spacious and you don't feel like you're on top of each other. We've been holidaying in Arroyo for over 25 years and this is by far the best property we've stayed in. Thank you to Carol and Tony for everything and look forward to seeing you next year 😎
This was my family's 2nd stay at this villa & it didn't disappoint. Fantastic villa with a great location to see the many beautiful places/attractions in the surrounding areas. Would definitely book again. Yvonne ( Ireland )
The villa was amazing. Even nicer than in the photos shown. It had everything you needed down to shower gels left behind, shampoos, cooking oil,dishwasher tablets, washing detergent. It's very annoying when you stay in a villa and the cleaner throws all these things away and you have to buy a full box of everything for one wash...
As we arrived late the agents left a key out for us and greeted us the next day and were very helpful.
Aircon is always a must for us but we didn't use it too much as there is a nice breeze running through the house if you leave the windows open in the day. Watch out for the mossies my partner was ate alive but I escaped.
There was a very generous welcome pack on arrival with butter, bread,milk,5 litres water, orange juice, ham, eggs,alcoholic and non alcoholic refreshments and snacks. We have stayed in many villas and this was the best welcome pack I've ever seen.
Pool Area was fab and surrounding gardens and you had the sun all day long. Very private.
The only downside is the villa is a bit away from the nightlife, marina etc. Benalmadena is a big spot and we spent alot of money on taxis. We had family in the sunset beach club and it is around €10 a pop with tip wherever you were going. If you like your nightlife this can add up.
Overall the villa itself is fab maybe for a family or group who socialise at home rather than going out every night. We used the bbq once and it was lovely. I will be recommending it to everyone
