Stunning Andalucian style spacious 4 bedroom villa with its own large swimming pool and secluded tropical gardens, close to all amenities and beach.
The 4 bedroom Villa has a large family Dining Room leading into the very roomy family lounge, which has an authentic Andalucian feel and is equipped with its own Bar Area. The television has British (including sky), Spanish and Dutch channels, along with a DVD player and wifi internet access .
The Villa is set in secluded enclosed mature tropical gardens with a large swimming pool. The gardens surround the entire villa, and the privacy and beauty this offers makes this stunning villa very unique. The gardens size means it can cater for any size party and you can also provide your own food with the built in barbecue.
The Lounge opens onto a large covered terrace, mature gardens and large swimming pool. The spacious Kitchen is fully equipped with all amenities, Electric Hob and Oven, Microwave, Dish Washer, Fridge/Freezer, also Utility Room with Washing Machine.
The Large Master Bedroom has fitted wardrobes, and a luxury en suite bathroom. Patio doors lead out on to the covered terrace and gardens. There are a further 3 bedrooms each with twin beds, built in wardrobes, with 2 also having access to the outside terrace and gardens.
The stunning Villa is ideally located in a private urbanization called La Capellania/Torremar, Benalmadena.
It is about a 20 minute walk to the beach, and about a 20 minute walk from the beautiful town center of Benalmadena Pueblo. At the entrance to the urbanization is a supermarket, bar/restaurant, and a bus stop, all within a 2 minute walk from the Villa.
Down by the coast, about 10 minutes by bus or car, there is the stunning Benelmadena Marina which is filled with quality restaurants, cafes, bars, and enough shops to satisfy even the most enthusiastic of shoppers.
Later on there is plenty of night life to suit all ages. If you are looking to party you can head down to the coast where there are many bars, discos and night clubs. Or maybe you'd prefer a nice relaxing meal and a quiet drink, then a night spent at the Marina or Benelmadena Pueblo is perfect for you.
If you are traveling with children there is plenty of things to do to keep them entertained. A trip to Tivoli World and Aqua Park, both only 15 - 20 mins by car, is a must. In the evenings there is plenty of entertainment around the Marina, or you could even pop in to Sunset Beach which has entertainment for both young and old every night of the week.
A stay at Villa Margerita ticks all the boxes for your perfect holiday, no matter who you are. We find what people love most is the privacy, freedom, and tranquility of this beautiful property.
Instead of going out, why not cook for yourself or order in caterers, better yet why not throw a party and invite your friends. The large tropical garden is big enough to host any sort of party you may have in mind.
PLEASE NOTE: the villa is a 4 bed villa sleeping 8 in the bedrooms, we do accept more guests however and have spare beds which are usually placed in the large living room or bedrooms. The villa also has built in air con in all the rooms, which is metered to prevent over use.
Just back from a lovely week at this villa. Our two boys (ages 4 and 1) spent hours each day in the lovely pool and had lots of space to play around inside too, as well as cbeebies on the TV (although it did keep sticking). The villa offered everything we needed, including a cot and highchair which the owners arranged for us. Any queries/problems were resolved promptly - the oven wasnt working but someone was round straight away to look at it and it was repaired next day. The garden is private and the house and development are both safe and secure. Its a great location - we had a car so could be at the beach or the beautiful pueblo within minutes. We also did day trips to Granada to see the Alhambra and to Ronda - both excellent. We are happy to recommend this villa!

This could be a lovely villa. The gardens are amazing and the pool very warm. However unfortuately for us the villa was dirty, the beds hard, old, and uncomfortable and the cutlery unwashed. The pool is very deep so not great if you have small children but always warm and it is enjoyable sitting outside.
Anyone considering this villa should also be aware that it is not 15 minutes to the beach but a good 20 mins at least down a selec tion of very steep and winding roads. Walking back up is exhausting. We did eventually discover that the hotel nearby puts on a little train that stops at the top of the urbanisation which takes you to the beach. It is also a good 20-30 min walk to the pueblo. However the supermarket nearby is well stocked and is about 10 minutes away but again there is a small hill to climb. Its not an villa to consider if you have mobility problems and I would reconsider if you have a pram.
Hi Clare, we're very disappointed to hear that the villa was not up to its usual standards of cleanliness during your stay. The situation has been rectified, we had a stern chat with the cleaners and can assure you that this will never happen again. We do everything we can to ensure people enjoy their stay with us, and I just wish you had have mentioned it to us while you were there, as we would've got the cleaners in again straight away to make sure the place was spotless. In relation to the bed, it is the first time we've heard something like this since we bought it. The bed is brand new and top of the range so I don't really understand your comments here, but we have got new beds for the single rooms if that is what you meant. We do recommend car hire, especially if you have mobility problems or plan on going to the beach often, and I'm sorry that we didn't make this clearer. I'm sorry if we gave the impression that is was very close to the beach, and we have changed the 15 minutes walk to 20 minutes in our advert. There is also a regular bus at the entrance to the urbanization which brings you to the coast, and again I wish we could've informed you of this while you were there. The Pueblo is indeed a 20-30 minute walk, but you must admit it is also a beautiful walk with the stunning views of the coast. The pool is 6 feet deep at its deepest end, so we do recommend supervising children at all times. I hope these things havn't put you off returning again some day, and we can assure you that everything possible has been done to make your next stay even better. We hope to see you again some time. All the best

We holidayed at villa 23/08/2013-06/09/2013. We are a family of 6 with age range 3-64. It was my fathers first time abroad and I am so pleased we chose this villa. The villa was very spacious and the facilitys such as microwave, freezer, washer were very handy. The pool was private and set in lovely gardens which were not overlooked in any way. The 2 teenage girls send a huge thank you for the Internet which of course they cant possible live without! We contacted Anne the owner who was very helpful and let us arrive earlier which was really helpful. There is a huge Carrefour at the top of the road (about 5 mins walk) this was so cheap at 25p for a can of beer and about £2.50 for a nice bottle of Rosé wine. We used taxi and went to Aqua-Park at Torremollinos and Tivoli World at Arroya. We enjoyed our holiday so much and would have no reservations about re-booking this villa.
Thank you very much for review, we're delighted you guys had such a great time.
We'd love to welcome you back again any time again

I recently spent a week with my family in Villa marguerita and we had a wonderful time. The outdoor area is stunning with a large swimming pool and very private and secluded gardens. we spent most of our time outdoors using the outdoor barbecue and just relaxing around the pool. The villa is very spacious inside with a large lounge and dining area.A large supermarket is just a couple minutes away and has everything you could want. Benalmadena pueblo is 25 minutes walk, 5 minutes by car.I have no hesitation in recommending this villa. Martina from London
Had such a lovely holiday in the villa, we really didnt want to leave! Would definitely recommend to a friend, there was 8 of us in our group and it was perfect. Thanks for all your help nd well hopefully be back next year :)
