Set in tropical gardens, this spacious and luxury 3 bedroom/2.5 bath townhouse is great for everyone looking for a relaxing holiday.
Set in wonderful tropical gardens, this luxurious and spacious three bedroom townhouse is a must for whatever your holiday needs. The pool is just a stones throw from the private garden and set in tropical surrounds- its simply stunning.
inside the townhouse you will find ample space in the lounge and dining room, along with free Wifi access throughout . The kitchen is fully fitted and there is a small downstairs toilet.
Upstairs you will find three spacious rooms with plenty of closet space. The master bedroom comes with en-suite bathroom and there is another family bath/shower available.
The house comes with private parking space and is set in a secure and privately gated community.
Within walking distance from the apartment you will find luxury Atalaya Golf Course and a couple of local restaurants. Within and easy 2 minutes drive you will be in the Benatalaya area where you have ample choice of restaurants, bars and shops.
San Pedro: is a 5 minute drive from the apartment. An ancient farming community, famous for growing sugar cane, today San Pedro is unspoilt and still traditionally Spanish. The main street of San Pedro is Marques del Duero, which boasts many banks and shops, including a pedestrianized street, where you can find ice cream stalls and small bars. San Pedro is home to various fiestas, but the main one is the fair in October. The streets are lined with fairground stalls and rides. The beach front of San Pedro is a very short walk from the apartment. Here you can find many beach bars and restaurants.
Puerto Banus: The dazzling marina of Puerto Banus with its luxury yachts, trendy restaurants and bars, is a magnet for visitors to the Costa del Sol and is less than 10 minutes drive from the apartment. Around the port are a string of café's, bars and restaurants and a string of boutiques and gift shops. While restaurants of the quayside are the places to be seen, you'll sometimes get better value from the small restaurants tucked away up flights of stairs on the back streets. A great place for spotting celebrities. At night the smart restaurants, trendy bars and clubs are filled with people. The street market is in Puerto Banus, near the bullring, starts early in the morning until 2 in the afternoon.
Marbella: is one of the ritziest resorts on the Costa del Sol. The playground of the rich and famous., being only a 15 minute drive from the apartment .The town's attractions include a thriving commercial centre, the coastal promenade, beach and yacht harbour and the Casco Antiguo (old town).A must is the 'plaza de Los Naranjos' (orange square) in the old town. Cross over the main road from the beachside to find the picturesque maize of streets, pretty squares and whitewashed buildings. A delightful area to browse the shops. This is a popular place to enjoy a drink or eat al fresco, in a vibrant atmosphere.
Gibraltar: For a day trip out, this is the perfect place. Once across the Spanish/ UK boarder you will find a host of guides that can take you on tours of the 'Rock', which normally includes a drive up to the top of the mountain to encounter the Barbary apes. There is also St. Michael's cave where you can see beautiful rock formations.
