Overview

Finished and furnished to a high standard and with everything you’ll need to make your holiday as relaxing as possible, this above average sized apartment is situated in a small development of similar apartments. The development and gardens are kept to a very high standard and a good number of the neighbouring apartments are owner occupied.
Relax on the large private terrace overlooking the gardens and pool or the smaller terrace at the front of the property and take in the peace and tranquillity. Alternatively wander down the steps to the communal gardens and swimming pool. The spacious lounge, features an open fire, and furniture you can relax into. There are tiled floors throughout and marble work surfaces in the fully fitted kitchen.
The main bedroom has a comfortable memory foam king sized bed, whilst bedroom 2 has two single beds. Both bedrooms have large fully fitted wardrobes and their own bathroom with shower and bidet. There is also a single guest bed and cot available so the apartment can easily sleep 5 adults plus a baby. There is no extra charge for these items but if you need them please state at the time of booking so the items can be made available.
All bedding and towels are provided (including pool towels) along with access to spares if required.
The apartment is secure with remote controlled garage door and gate, and with a lift to take you to the apartment front door.

The Village of Benahavis
The apartment is located in a quiet spot, just 5 minutes walk from the centre of Benahavis village. Benahavis is known for its good quality restaurants and typical Spanish ambience. With approximately 30 restaurants and tapas bars to choose from you will be spoilt for choice! On Sunday the village is bustling with the Spanish who come from miles around to meet, drink and eat with their friends and family.
The village boasts a couple of small grocery shops, a butcher, a couple of clothes shops as well as a handful of art and gift shops, and has a small market once a week. Alternatively 5 minutes drive will take you to a new Spanish supermarket which is well stocked and reasonably priced.

Just a few steps from the apartment are beautiful walks - down by the river or up in the mountains. The immediate village surroundings and community is why we fell in love with Benahavis, but if you want more full on entertainment, then this can be found close by in Puerto Banus, Marbella or Estepona.

The area outside of Benahavis
Located just 10 minutes drive from the beach at San Pedro, 15 minutes from Puerto Banus and Marbella with their golden sands and lively atmosphere or 20 mins from Estepona with its well kept beach. You will be just 40 mins drive from Ronda and 45 mins from Gibraltar and Malaga.
If shopping is your thing then you are spoilt for choice, whether it’s the designer boutiques and El Corte Ingles (Spain’s famous department store) in Puerto Banus, the exclusive shops in the centre of Marbella, or La Canada a large shopping mall on the outskirts of Marbella.
Within 5 - 10 mins drive are a number of supermarkets, and within 20 mins drive are two large hypermarkets.
There are a number of water parks in the area as well as a full range of other activities close by and with 11 golf courses within 10 – 15 mins drive, you will never be lost for something to do!

The apartment is fantastic, in an excellent setting and the photos do not do it justice. We had a wonderful holiday in peaceful surroundings with no noise. The swimming pool is cleaned daily and the gardens beautifully maintained. It would be impossible not to enjoy a holiday at this apartment.

This was a last minute holiday, booked less than two weeks before departure. Our criteria was two bedrooms, two bathrooms, air conditioning, dishwasher, large terrace, towells and bedding provided, views and swimming pool. The location of the apartment had to be near the coast, quiet but within walking distance of restaurants and bars so that my husband could have a drink in the evening with his meal and with a choice of golf courses for him to visit. The apartment was perfect with two terraces, one had direct access to the pool area and was the envy of other families who hadnt and the other caught the evening sun (the other familes didnt have this facility either!) There were nearly 30 restaurants and bars within walking distance yet we were in a small, picturesque mountain village. When we wanted to go to the hustle bustle of Puerto Banus, Marbella etc it was a scenic ten minute hassle free drive. We spent most of the time around the pool, the children making lots of friends and then sauntered down to the 'rock pools' where the children had gr8 fun jumping and diving off the rocks. We loved the place and will definately be going back!

We have just stayed in this lovely apartment for a week with 2 teenage boys and we all fell in love with both Benahavis and also the Las Mosas complex. Everything was just perfect from the lovely pool and its gardens to the fabulous mountain views from our sunny terrace. The restaurants are excellent and very reasonable and all within 5 minutes walking distance. A lovely Spanish Tapas bar called Chicos sold the most refreshing [and large] gin and tonics for only 4 euro!!! There are some lovely walks and the pool was so enjoyable at the end of a hot day. I have owned and managed rentals on this apartment for over 7 years. In the summer months I am fully booked usually by returning clients. I have a number clients who return to my apartment year after year, as they love the location and accomodation but above all, they fall in love with the village of Benahavis, its beauty and lifestyle. Visited by the Rich and Famous, the village of Benahavis is known by many for its many restaurants. In August 2010 Michelle Obama (the US Presidents wife) stayed in Benahavis whilst on holiday with her daughters in Spain.
