The property itself is old and large. It was very clean and suited us, we were very please. Positives. Three large airconditioned bedrooms. The villa is a 10 minute walk to the beach and restaurants, may 15 minute walk to the centre and only 5 minutes to the supermarket. I had a car but it was easier to walk in to town than drive and park. You could happily holiday here without a car. Ground/First floor has a sun room (pictured), Kitchen and lounge is on 2nd floor and the three bedrooms 3rd floor. Quite a lot of stairs, this was not a problem for us. The swimming pool is big enough and well maintained, it is not fenced off, again not an issue for us. The fourth bedroom is off the lounge, is glass on two walls with no aircon. This is an excellent property for couples and families with children who can swim and climb stairs.

The apartment was fine in a great location the only thing wrong with it that the patio doors In the double bedroom did not lock there were know catchers on doors and in the single bedroom where The children were in the roller shutter was broken so it would not go up or down and the patio door in There room we managed to fix it. So not very happy with the response I got of caretaker as he was going to Send someone round to fix them I never heard from him until the day before we left and he said nothing about it I have yourselfs a email about it many thanks DAVID CHURCH.

Central yet quiet, complete as new equipment, very friendly service on site, all attractions are by metro or in good condition also very good walking distance. The house entrance is in front of a small park, this is designated as a dog park, so nothing for guests with dog phobia, the park is closed in the evening, no noise nuisance. A children's playground is near the promenade or in the park ciutadella. Overall top address for us.
