The house is nice, in good condition and the view amazing. It is located in a beautiful subdivision. Obligatory car. Beware for young children, the barriers of the balcony are low and there is a difference in height of several meters, it requires special vigilance.

House itself is reasonably dated. Kitchen is neat, newly renovated + bathroom is neat Not big but sufficient, the rooms are also neat. But the further furniture is really in need of renewal. The couch is so old, it does not offer any support, you sink into it and is dusty. dining area and further furniture is old. Positive: Grandiose view! The sea panorama that you have from the terrace and the roof of this house, should be one of the most beautiful on the Costa Blanca. The house is located on the relatively highest point of the urbanization "Balcon Al Mar" directly on the Cap de Negre. A breakfast with this view makes mood come !!! The photos on the description page can not fully reproduce this. Also, the house is visually beautiful in principle and the decor (older Spanish cabinets, fireplace, etc.) appealing to the visually sterile decor of many other cottages. But ... Negative: Unfortunately, the house was extremely dirty. On the first day we made the mistake to walk barefoot through the apartment and had black feet. The Schbladen in the bathroom contained toothpaste remains and hair tufts of the previous tenants. With the high cleaning costs, which are to be paid beside the rent, actually an absurdity. Other things are partly outdated, loose (eg door handles), etc. Although kitchen and bathroom was renovated until this year, the other rooms have this urgently in front of you! Especially the sofa is so uncomfortable (you can only feel the bare wood under the cover), that it belongs! The description "Renovated in 2015" thus gives a completely different impression than it is in reality! The property was under all sow and not usable. Everything had been cut down and the tree trunks, disassembled into individual pieces, were spread over the completely undeveloped ground. Only because we were traveling every day anyway and the magnificent view of the sea made up for us, we stayed. Unfortunately, we have in the last 2 days also notice that there is probably a small ant plague in the house ... Unfortunately, the kitchen door to the terrace does not close tight and through the columns the plague ghosts come in well ... The equipment ... oh well. Above all, the stock of crockery / cutlery left a few wishes unfulfilled ... For us, the house was ultimately still ok, and because of the cheap compared to the neighboring houses rental price could expect nothing Luxurious, I rate with satisfactory. If the house is really completely renovated and in the deforested property maybe a small pool is created, that is a pearl on the spot !!! Currently it can only be a recommendation if it is offered cheaply and you are not too "Etepetetre". Despite all the criticism: the staff of the Interhome office in Javea (German speaking!) Were more than friendly and helpful. Very service-oriented and our criticism (which we formulated on departure) was very professional.
