A family friendly two bedroom townhouse with sea views, private garden, easy access to several community pools, the beach and close to Estepona centre.

Both bedrooms are located on the ground floor along with both bathrooms. All bedrooms have air con units, the master bedroom has two single beds that can be put together to form a double bed and the second bedroom is a double, all bedrooms have access to the outdoor patio and private garden. On the top level you may find a dining area with garden and sea views next to a fully equipped kitchen. A large lounge area equipped with a 30" flatscreen with an international streaming TV package and plenty of seating with access to a second outdoor dining area and a cosy terrace. A sofa-bed for a fifth guest is also available in the lounge. The second covered outdoor dining area has amazing seaviews with a renovated terrace next to it, it boasts with enough seating for guests and has two sunloungers. There are stairs leading down to the private garden and patio with more available seating, a gas powered barbeque, two extra sunloungers and access through a gate to the communal gardens.

A five minute walk to the beach from the gardens or any communal swimming pool in the urbanisation. A large communal parking area is available just outside the property.

This lovely townhouse is located on an urbanisation known as Bahia Dorada 4 which is about 5 Km west of Estepona town and is located right next to the beach. The urbanisation is conveniently located just off the N340/A7 coast road, which runs right along the Mediterranean coast of Spain. The townhouse has spectacular views out to sea from the private terrace, balcony and gardens. The landscaped gardens of the urbanisation are well maintained and are a joy to walk through to gain access to the beaches. Just a 30 minute walk from two supermarkets (ALDI & Mercadona) and located 5 Km west of Estepona town centre. The townhouse is about 30 minutes drive from Gibraltar “The Rock” with its military history, British style and duty free prices. Further afield you have Sevilla, with its historic centre and home to the Expo’ 92 – many of the pavilions still survive showcasing their country’s culture and design, and Granada boasts the world famous Alhambra and Generalife gardens – a real must see! In accordance with Spanish law, we require passport or national ID card for each person in the group of 16 years of age or older.
You may not be allowed to check into the property until after the earliest arrival time given and that you must vacate the property by 11am. This is to provide the cleaners time to prepare the property. Normally, however, you are able to drop your bags after 11am when there is a same day change, however, you must accept that the cleaning procedure may not have been completed and you might need to come back later. If the property hasn´t a same day changeover then you can normally arrive after 12 noon. It is important that you click on the link we provide and give us your flight details so that we can do our best to have the property prepared for you. Please don´t send these by email as it is easy for you to enter the details yourself.
We hire out many items such as cots, high chairs, extra beds where available. Please request them at the time of booking, if possible.
Fireplaces are not allowed to be used in any property due to insurance requirements and obvious risk.
Where international television channels or internet service are advertised, we cannot be held responsible for any interruption or suspension of service.
Where heated pools are arranged, we aim to raise the temperature to 28 C degrees as a standard temperature; however, we cannot guarantee this temperature due to weather conditions. Higher temperatures may be possible for an additional charge and by arrangement.
Extra beds are defined as portable beds or sofas which fold open. We provide sheets and extra towels for the extra people staying, subject to the additional payment.

Accommodation is exactly as in the photos. Home from home, with everything you would need for a comfortable holiday. Great outdoor seating areas. For information, this is a 3 storey building, not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Located in a lovely secluded area, quiet (apart from the occasional traffic noise from the main road behind the property, heard when outdoors only). Two small beaches in 5 minutes walking distance and 2 swimming pools less than 1 minutes walk. Our only suggestion would be to add dark curtains or blinds in the bedrooms as the sun rises on that side of the property so it is very bright in the mornings. Would recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing holiday.
