Attractive Andalucian-style two story villa. Convenient yet quiet location enjoying an elevated position with fantastic views.
This is an attractive villa built in a traditional Andalucian style enjoying an elevated position with fantastic views. The bright spacious accommodation is arranged over 2 floors. The ground floor level offers a large reception area which is semi open plan to the dining room and well fitted kitchen, one double bedroom, a second bedroom with twin beds and a shower room. From the reception room access is provided to a large balcony with table for eating and relaxing whilst enjoying open views towards the sea.
A marble staircase leads from the reception room to the lower level providing, large master bedroom with ensuite bathroom/shower, dressing area. Further double bedroom with shower ensuite. Utility room.
Access is provided to the garden from the lower hall way. The rear garden is divided into 3 areas. The large terrace has a barbeque area and shaded seating area. The second area is divided with a wall and gate for safety as it has a large swimming pool surrounded by a further large terrace enjoying excellent views. To the side of the property is a third area with mature trees and shrubs.
To the front of the house is a small garden and parking space for one car.
The property is well presented with neutral decor and the kitchen and shower rooms were refitted in 2011.
The property also benefits from individual air conditioning units to each room, internet access with Wi-Fi and satellite TV.
The house is ideal for families as we have installed a stair gate at the top of the marble staircase. We would point out that unless the gate is shut, the marble staircase is open from the reception room so must be kept shut when infants are in the house. The stairs are also very slippery when wet. For visitors who wish to bring young children, we are able to provide a high chair and travel cot for a small extra charge.
Upon arrival at the property you will be met and shown around by our local representatives Carol and Tony. They will also be on call throughout your stay to attend to any issues that might arise or to give you any advice to help you enjoy your stay.
Smoking is not permitted inside the house to maintain a clean fresh envorinment for everyone however smoking can be enjoyed on the large balcony or in the lower garden and around the pool.
A particular attraction is the quiet location, yet being conveniently situated close to shops and restaurants and within walking distance (10 minutes) of Tivoli World amusement park. The mainline railway staion is within 15 minutes walk or 5 minutes by taxi, preferable with luggage as it is up hill!
From the rear of the property are open views to the sea with the seafront being within approximately 1.5 kilometres
The area is well served with many sporting activities and the villa is ideally situated for easy access to several golf courses with Benalmadena Golf (9holes) and Golf Torrequebrada (18 holes) both being only a few minutes drive away.

What can I say?! This was a fantastic villa with all the amenities that you would require and more! The owner, Tony, responded to all my queries and provided me with some very good recommendations for restaurants in Benalmadena Pueblo and Mijas. Carol and Tony are a lovely couple and were very helpful on our arrival, kindly providing us with some food and drink supplies for the start of the holiday, which was a really nice touch and most appreciated. They also provided advice on taxis and on local amenities. The villa has plenty of room and the outside area is great and very spacious. We had the most amazing holiday and we hope to return again in the future.
I would definitely recommend this villa to anyone - fantastic amenities, comfort, space and the views over Benalmadena are lovely.

I don't often find the time to feed back, however my family really loved this villa. we were met by Carol on arrival, and excellent welcome package, my husband appreciated the cold lager. The inside living area was more spacious than the photos show, a brilliant kitchen, and effective air con throughout. The pool is not massive, but worked well for us, with 3 children. We failed to get sat TV to work but had taken dvds with us so not a problem. The outside terraces are quiet and give lovely views, great chill out space in the evenings. 3 good bathrooms, the master en suite was fabulous. As the advert suggests a quiet site but in the car only sort drive to a busy marina and sea front restaurants. Lidil is just up road, and a friendly bar in walking distance, car would be recommended. I would definitely recommend to others and return again

Lovely Villa in a quiet area in Monte Alto. Well arranged for our large family. Carol & Tony attended to a couple of small issues quickly and were first class. I would recommend this villa to anyone who likes a nice quiet relaxing holiday
I would highly recommend this villa. It was well maintained and had everything in it that you could possible need. We really enjoyed our holiday there and wouldn't hesitate to go back.
We had a great time,we were greeted by carol and tony who showed us around the villa,they are a lovely couple,they also got us some food and drink essentials which was excellent.the owner was very good he got a safety gate installed for us because he noticed we had a small child this was fantastic.the villa and pool were outstanding we loved it,cant wait to come back
