A wonderfully relaxing place to stay
We stayed at Las Flores with our adult sons and had a wonderful week sightseeing and relaxing by the pool. The property was beautifully prepared by Peter and Sylvia who were extremely helpful. We loved the villa and it had everything we could have wanted. The pool was amazing and so private. Plenty of sun beds too! We visited Granada, Ronda, Seville and Cordoba -all beautiful and interesting places to explore. No one wanted to leave!

We stayed at Las Flores, Puente Genil in June, using the property as a base to explore Granada, Cordoba and Seville. Fantastic base, after a hot day exploring the towns, great to get home to a large clean cool swimming pool, we felt very spoilt. We were a party of my wife and three teenagers. The property air-conditioning kept us cool at night, fans in each room were great, we had our bedroom, 2 boys in another room in single beds, and my daughter had her own room. Our hosts Peter and Sylvia were delightful, we got in after midnight to the property after being delayed flying in to Granada, this was not a problem. All facilities are fine, good kitchen, supplies (Peter left breakfast for us, so that we didn't have to shop immediately), plenty of towels, good laundry facilities. Also, plum, lime and lemon trees in fruit on the property, so had stewed plums for breakfast every morning, what a treat! Can certainly recommend this property to a family looking to explore the area, and if you decide to hang around the house for the day, then why not lounge around the pool like we did!

AMAZING VILLA & HOSTS IN SUNNY & WARM SPAIN (TRIP ADVISOR *****) http://www.tripadvisor.com/ShowUserReviews-g1064356-d1923643-r280338509-Las_Flores-Puente_Genil_Province_of_Cordoba_Andalucia.html#review_280338509
We stayed at Las Flores Villa in Puente Genil at the end of May. The house was perfect for our party of four (couple with 2 years old toddler + one friend) as per the three bedrooms (one with double bed and the other two with two single beds each). Besides, the house has two full bathrooms which was really handy when getting ready to go out. Pictures do not make justice to this villa, both outside space and also the house inside, were much nicer than expected. The pool, barbacue, front porsche, garden space with fruit trees, dinner table outside, etc are just the perfect spot to relax in comfort, in sunny and warm southern Spain. We found that the house has all the facilities and small details to make your stay unforgetteable (bathroom in the pool, pool toys, outdoor sitting etc). On the other hand, the house inside is just amazing. It is super well equiped with all the appliances needed in the kitchen , bathroom and living room. Besides, the beds were very comfortable for a holiday house. Also, Peter and Sylvia left a few things for us in the kitchen for breakfast, etc so we would not need to go and buy straight away. Dealing with the owner and the key holders, Peter and Sylvia, was super easy and straight forward. They explained us everything we would need to know about the villa and the area (nearby supermarkets, places to eat and visit, etc). Thanks for making our stay unforgettable! We shall come back soon :) as everyone is already missing the luxury of Las Flores.

GREAT AUTUMN SUNSHINE BREAK(TRIP ADVISOR ****)
Lovely villa, well furnished in a very peaceful location. Well cared for with a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, the ensuite having a very futuristic shower unit. The pool area is a great place to spend the day relaxing and having fun with the family, transforms in the evening to be ideal for having a barbecue and drinks, a new outdoor bar area is also brilliant for social gatherings. The local town 5km away is rustic Spanish and another alternative to have a relaxing drink with tapas, further afield are the excellent cities of Cordoba and Granada (worth the drive to visit the Alhambra). Great place to stay and relax with the opportunity to see some of the real Spain.
"Look no further" Rebecca Watts Cuckney June 2014 (TRIP ADVISOR *****)
My husband and I spent 2 weeks at the Las Flores Villa with our 3 children ages 11,10 & 7 in June this year (2014). It was the best family holiday we have ever had. Our middle child Charlotte is Autistic and suffers from social and communication difficulties and has no sense of danger so for us picking the right villa was of paramount importance. Las Flores was perfect in every way, totally private, safe - all on one level, walled and gated all round. For the first time we could relax totally without a worry in the world. The photographs of the villa dont do it justice, it is fantastic. It has every amenity you could wish for and the pool is superb. It is situated in a small private residential area just a few minutes drive from Puente Genil where there are loads of bars, restaurants and shops with a good array of supermarkets. If you are looking for a private family holiday look no further. This villa is perfect for any family travelling with young children as the pool is walled and gated and can be locked if required. I cannot recommend this villa highly enough we will definitely being going back next year. I would be more than happy to be contacted by any fellow travellers wishing to know more. Thank you to Mick & Daxa (the owners) and Peter & Sylvia (the agents in Spain) for making our family holiday so special. Rebecca
WOW! We had an absolutely fab time at the villa, the pool was wonderful and well used. Peter and Sylvia were very helpful and friendly. Any problems we had we felt able to contact them for help which they willingly gave. The villa was very comfortable and had everything you might possibly need. The local supermarkets were 5 minutes down the road by car and had everything between them. (we preffered Lidl) The shops are closed on Sundays. Rancho Chico was a great Spanish holiday experience!! The food was nice if you knew what you were ordering, their Sangria was excellent. Would we go back to this villa? DEFINITLEY YES. It suited all age groups, we were a family of four aged between 29 and 49 years. The inflatables in the pool were super and we had to buy more. Hope the next renters enjoyed them! The local hospital very good, they don't speak english but they helped with an ear infection very quickly. Don't forget your E111 card, very useful. We did buy a new road map, which we left, there are lots of new roads. The cleanliness of the villa was excellent, thanks to Sylvia and Peter. Wishing we were back there Karen from Portsmouth
Ideal peaceful and not far from the nearest town PuenteGenil and close to another lovely town/village frontera. Plenty to do but need a car to get around not far from a excellent value for money water park near Cordoba in Villa Franca and not that far to drive to Sevilla where theres plenty to do and an ok theme park.. Villa had everything that you possible needed and wanted it was the perfect holiday and extra added bonus having plenty of fruit trees etc... mmmm yummmy Paula from Cumbria
