Villa overview - owner's description
This well positioned detached villa is set in an quiet cul-de-sac, lined with villas running down to the sea. To the front, side and rear of the villa are garden areas with tropical trees, shrubs and flowers along with a rear terrace with views over the golf course to the sea.
Newly refurbished in 2019 with the addition of air con and a much better wi-fi / TV system.]

This beautiful well equipped, recently refurbished, 3 bedroom 3 bathroom villa has excellent views of the Atlantic Ocean, Amarilla Golf's 5th fairway and Tenerife's Mountains.
The villa consists of 3 bedrooms (two of which have en-suites) and a family bathroom. The spacious open plan living area contains a recently refurbished kitchen, dining table and sofas for lounging. The villa is fully air-conditioned (additional fee required) and will comfortably sleep 6 people.
Outside the large 8m x 4m swimming pool can be heated (additional fee required) and outdoor seating areas include patio sunbeds and an outside dining area/BBQ.
The villa has a cot and high chair if required.
The local area offers a variety of bars and restaurants plus a well stocked supermarket. The marina is a short stroll away along the coastal path, and offers boat hire and water sports and also trips in the yellow submarine.
The marina has a lovely sea front promenade full of restaurants and bars.
The marina separates the resort of Amarilla with the neighbouring one of Golf Del Sur. Further into the resort of Golf Del Sur is the San Blas Commercial Centre that consists of 3 picturesque squares each containing good quality bars, restaurants (many with evening entertainment), shops and boutiques.
The nearby Spanish village of Los Abrigos is just a 10 minute taxi ride and here is a small fishing port, full of some of the best fresh fish restaurants on the island.
All attractions such as Siam Park and Jungle park are only around a 15 minute drive.
Los Cristianos is a mere 15 minute drive away where you will find golden sandy beaches and plenty of shops, bars, restaurants and nightlife before you return back to the relative peacefulness of La Quinta Villa and the resort of Amarilla Golf.

Once again this year La Quinta 245 has afforded us a very good base from which to explore - we are always finding new restaurants, cafes and walks to enjoy within the area. Again, we have really enjoyed the villa's sunny aspect and views and, of course, the lovely large pool. A very enjoyable 3 week stay.

Superb villa fully equipped with an excellent private pool. Very pleased with agent communications, overly helpful. Location great and peaceful with lovely sea views however good to have a hire car to go on expeditions.
Good to have fully equipped kitchen and utensils, great facilities in all rooms.
Shame not a mop and bucket as would of used it on floor as got grubby due to wind/dust.
Love to book here for next year if available.

The villa had everything we needed just a few niggly points the freezer draws were broken and the kitchen draw was broken the bbq was filthy and we couldn’t use it we had to buy the disposable ones from the supermarket broken tiles on the steps leading to the gate no net to clean the pool as the wind kept blowing leaves and insects in there not enough information about the area in the villa the directions to the villa need to be simplified the information about sheet and towel changes need to be reworded because the way it reads is that you only get them at the start of your holiday unless you pay €15 when in fact you do get a change in for your second wk because we actually went to the local market and brought extra t towels because of it and we thought the villa looks as though it could do with some tlc overall a very good holiday and we would stay again

stayed 7 nights at La Quinta 245, Enjoyed my stay, Villa was of average standard could be doing with a few upgrades bedlinen, towels etc also a decient bbq would be an advantage had to buy a small one. Outdoor furniture needs updated and a patio umbrella would have been good too .Just small things , Pool was a great size. good value for money. I would return.

There were a couple of issues with the property that we identifed on arrival. We brought these to the property managment's attention and they were in the most part dealt with. The Villa is in a quiet area which suited us, the pool heating was effective and the pool was lovely.
We enjoyed our stay, and would consider returning to the Villa in the future.
