Villa overview - owner's description
This detached villa is brand new, and has only just entered the rental market.
Set in a quiet area, ideal for a relaxing getaway from it all holiday, this villa is well appointed throughout.
The villa has air conditioning in every room, Wi-Fi and satellite TV. The TV is located in the basement living room.
On the ground floor there is a lovely new modern kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, integrated oven and microwave. There is a lovely cosy living room with sofa and two armchairs. There is also a twin bedroom on this floor, and shower room.
On the first floor there is a master bedroom, with double bed and ensuite shower room. Patio doors lead from here to the balcony, with steps to the private roof terrace.
There is also another bedroom with bunk beds, and a further double bedroom. These two bedrooms are serviced by a family bathroom with bath and overhead shower.
A fantastic addition to this villa is the basement which has a second living room with 3 sofas and satellite TV with channels from all around the world (including all UK freeview channels)
Steps from the upstairs balcony lead up to the private terrace which has an arrangement of patio tables and chairs and magnificent panoramic sea, golf course and mountain views.
The private roof terrace is a wonderful feature of this villa.
The property has its own private heated pool. Surrounding the pool are plenty of sun beds, plus a table and chairs for al fresco dining!
10 minutes from Airport, 10 minutes to Los Cristianos and 15 minutes to Playa de Las Americas (by car).
Towels and linen change weekly.
Amarilla Golf is a resort all of its own. Within walking distance there are a few bars and restaurants, shops and supermarkets. A 10 minute stroll along the coast will bring you to the new marina where there are some lovely sea front restaurants, bars and shops. The main resort centre Golf del Sur is just a couple of minutes drive away where there are plenty more bars, restaurants and shops with nightly entertainment in the main square.
Golf Del Sur has an excellent medical centre / pharmacy.
Major attractions such as Siam Park and Jungle Park are within a 15 minute drive.
Los Cristianos is a mere 15 minute drive away and here you will find golden sandy beaches and plenty of shops, bars, restaurants and nightlife before you return back to the relative peace of La Quinta Villas and the resort of Amarilla Golf.

First impressions I just thought it was amazing. I would say definitely the best accommodation I've ever stopped in really clean loads space. I thought the owners were extremely helpful! New property and all facilities clean and available with plenty of space internally and externally, in surprisingly private location. Good sized pool with plenty of sun loungers. Good barbecue station to rear patio with separate furniture for sitting. Ideal spot for peaceful holiday within walking distance to: bars and restaurants - overlooking a small local beachfront; the local marina which has a sub-marine experience and a roof top restaurant on the quayside, two golf courses and a local supermarket for essentials. Amarilla Golf course has holes and paths over the road from the property and is a good route for walking - either around the course, adjacent to well maintained fairways or down to sea. The cubhouse, around 400 metres away, also does good food, including a three course, menu del dia for 12 euros, and has 9 hole pitch and putt if you are not into a full round but want to keep moving ..... very relaxed atmosphere ..... The property is a good base for exploring near and far, as close to the TF-1 motorway and easy access with a car to local villages on coast, including Las Galletas, El Medano and Los Abrigos, all of which are worth visiting and eating at. The owner is very attentive to any queries and support required.
The villa was absolutely perfect and was in fact better than the pictures.
Communication with the owner (Luis) was excellent and he met us upon arrival and was kind enough to buy some essentials on our behalf.
As we were the first people to stay in the villa there were a few teething problems, especially with the air con but Luis was quick to get the engineers on site to work on it. No wifi but this wasn't Luis's fault as he was waiting for the service provider to carry out the work.
On the whole though we thoroughly enjoyed our time, the villa is close to local supermarkets, the marina and a handful of bars and eateries, perfect location for golfing.
I would recommend hiring a car though so you can venture further afield and visit the bigger supermarkets which are all within a 10 to 15 minute drive. I found a great company to get a car off - firstname.lastname@example.org Steve is an absolute diamond, will meet you at the airport and take you back etc.
Thank you to Luis and his partner Noelle for their help and kindness during our stay. I will definitely be booking it again for next year and hope to get a reduction due to my fantastic feedback :-)
