Beautiful 3 Bed Villa & Private Pool - Amarilla Golf

Our beautiful villa is set in a private, quiet and serene area on Amarilla golf overlooking the 5th fairway our spacious villa is set in a private, quiet and serene area, absolutely ideal for a relaxing “get away from it all” holiday.

Surrounding the villa there are gardens with tropical trees, shrubs and flowers with terraces on 2 sides of the property.

On one terrace there is an outdoor eating area with a large table and 6 chairs and the other overlooks the large private swimming pool (10m X 3.5m), with low level sofas and a table. There are also 6 very comfortable sun loungers, a helicopter chair and a BBQ.

Internally there are 3 large bedrooms comprising of 2 rooms with King size beds and the other twin beds. There are 2 bathrooms, of which one is ensuite. Each bedroom is fitted with air conditioning and ceiling fans.

The fitted kitchen is complete with oven, hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave, in fact everything that makes our villa a home from home.

The lounge has 2 large, comfortable 3 seater sofas, coffee table, dining table and chairs to seat 6, TV with UK TV & Sky channels , a DVD player and radio. There are numerous DVD’s, books and board games available to guests. WiFi is included in the price

We also provide bed linen and towels, beach towels and hair dryers. A cot and high chair are available at an additional charge.

There is off road parking, close to the Marina, bars and restaurants within walking distance. A good taxi service and 10 minutes from the airport.

Golf:
The villa is situated next to the 5th fairway of Amarilla Golf and is a 18 hole golf course. A 5 min drive takes you to Golf del Sur golf which is a 27 hole course. Additional courses are available in Las Americas and Costa Adeje which is about a 15 minute drive away.
