Designed in a traditional bungalow format, the villa feels supremely spacious, in part thanks to this immense open plan living area. To one end there is a cosy reading corner, and in the middle sits your huge L-shaped sofa. A row of patio doors across the entire wall floods these seating areas with a sparkling, natural light, while a TV right before the sofa offers the perfect option for a relaxing evening in. Your immense kitchen, set in this open-plan style, is fully fitted with an array of fabulous, modern appliances as well as ample space for plenty of chefs to get involved, and is complete with a dining table for six.

There are three wonderful bedrooms in the villa, the first is your elegant master bedroom with a double bed and a full ensuite bathroom, and there is also a twin room and a second double room. The master bedroom is elegant and welcoming, and its ensuite is complete with a fabulous walk-in shower with two heads!

The other two rooms are equally charming and share a full-sized family bathroom which has a thoroughly modern bathtub with a shower over, and also a washing machine. With air-conditioning available throughout all of the rooms free of charge, you won't have to worry about the heat outside and can simply enjoy it!

Out in your exquisite garden, you can kick-back on a vast pool terrace, where a heated pool is set before the ocean in the distance, and a row of sun loungers sits alongside it so you can work on your tan and soak up every last drop of sunshine on this famously sunny island! Beside the loungers there's even a dining table, so you can enjoy unforgettable alfresco meals whilst overlooking the sea!

With golfing, fishing, walking and water sports all just a stone's throw away, this area is simultaneously peaceful and relaxing and offers a wealth of opportunities. Nearby, the San Miguel Marina offers various boat trips, or for a gentle stroll, why not follow the coast along to find dazzling golden beaches?

Golf del Sur is an enchanting, totally peaceful resort which glows against the stunning backdrop of the beautiful mountains of San Miguel with Mount Teide in the centre.

The resort is home to a 27-hole championship golf course, academy and driving range. Understandably, guests travel from all over the world to enjoy the reliably good weather, the -luscious green scenery, including cacti and vivid coloured rocks, palm tree-lined avenues and exceptional courses with ocean-views.

Also nearby is the Amarilla Golf Club, a superb 18-hole championship golf course and a nine-hole pitch and putt beside the Ocean that practically guarantees sunshine and warm weather. During the day you can enjoy memorable rounds of golf on this unique course, and in the evening there are a few bars, some with a little evening entertainment. Meanwhile, San Blas, just a stroll along the beautiful promenade or a short drive away, is excellent for shopping and entertainment, and if you get a real urge to party, the buzzing centres of Playa de Las Americas and Los Cristianos are just a 15 minute drive away.
