The detached villa is very spacious with 1 double and 1 twin bedroom, both with ample storage & 2 bathrooms (one being en-suite). The newly refurbished kitchen leads to a large open planned dining and living area. Out on to the terrace there is the private heated pool, BBQ, seating for "alfresco" dining and sun loungers

This is a Beautiful Exclusive part of Sunny Southern Tenerife. Situated between the fairways of a Spanish championship Golf course.

Around the course is some of the most beautiful rugged Tenerife countryside with plenty of coastal walkways.

Los Cristianos & Playa De Las Americas are only a few minutes away by car. You could use taxis to get around but car hire is so cheap, we definitely recommend it.

Walking distance from the New Marina, the weekly market and an abundance of bars and restaurants

We have just returned from an excellent holiday in Parque Santiago 1 staying in a property which is let out through your website . The communication prior to our arrival was not great. I had to telephone them twice prior to our arrival to confirm details as I found that emails were not responded to timeously. The first issue was providing us with a travel cot. A telephone call had to be made to confirm this was in place a week following my payment to them which had not been acknowledged. The second issue was that they had not given information about which villa number at the complex we were due to stay in. They had initially told me the complex was parque santiago 2. When I emailed the week before to ask for confirmation on this, they stated the villa number and that it was on parque santiago1. I then had to telephone again to request the keysafe code for the property and this was emailed a couple of days before our arrival. Our main issue however was that we arrived at the complex and found that the apartment that they had told us was ours, did not have the key in the keysafe as specified in their arrival instructions. Our party of five included a baby and a 5yr old child. I called the contact numbers given with no response. We checked emails and no updat e had been sent. We were stranded outside our specified apartment for over 2 hours,(until 9.30pm) in the dark with no accommodation accessible for us. A security guard at the complex contacted the local woman who manages the property and after the aforementioned 2hours we were informed that we had been allocated a different apartment in the same complex and she provided the keysafe code for us to gain entry. During this time my husband had made several telephone calls/emails sent(at great expense) and had had to visit several nearby hotels to look for alternative accommodation. Both children were exhausted and upset. This mentioned the change of accommodation and the keysafe code for entry. The apartment that we were eventually able to access however was the original apartment shown in the original booking and emails of all our previous correspondence. I can only assume therefore that Sue/Keven of canaryislandescapes gave us the incorrect information to begin with regarding villa number and access code. This led to significant stress and upset on our evening of arrival. I cannot fault the apartment itself and this should not negatively influence the use of the apartment owners themselves.

Dear LornaI have checked through all the emails refering to this property and all of your requested were answered immediatley we received them. We can only repsond when the email is passed on to us by Villarenters. The cot issue, you never requested a cot on the intital reservation, and we have several emails to say you would let us know about the cot nearer the time. On your request for the cot, even the owner sent us an email ' better late than never' during school holidays, and we could only confirm the cot when you finally made payment.As for the 2 hours you spent trying to get into the villa, yes it was my mistake at giving you the wrong keycode and number as although the oringinal booking had been changed to Villa 120, the booking reference still comes through from Villarenters as the original villa you requested. We did provide you with the 24 hour emergency number to call and if you had of used it, Karen, our head of the management company, could have given you the correct code in seconds and given you direct access to the villa. If you wish to check our mobile phones, both Karen and myself tried to call you as soon as we received your email but the calls went striaght to voicemail. This problem could have easily been solved striaght away with the use of the 24 hour emergency number. Karen received a call from Tracy to say that you were in the villa. On no occassion was Parque Santiago 2 mentioned as we do not have any Villas we rent out in Parque Santiago2, only the 4 we have in Parque Santiago 1.We have been renting out properties for several years, we both live on the island and if we had received a call on the emergency number, we would have been straight over to sort this out.This is the first time a client has not taken the emergency number with them and we have to provide the emergency number otherwise Villarenters would not accept the advert.Kevin and I are very sorry you have had this problem, glad you liked the accommodation , but feel all this could have been avoided if1. You had booked the cot straight away by using the extras on the booking tabs, as with school holidays, cots are few and far between and we only have 4 of them and if we need cots at the last minute we have to source them from somewhere else.2. You had taken the emergency number with you as this would have saved time and cost for you.3. You had answered both mine and Karen's phonecalls which were made within 15 minutes of us finding out you had a problem and finding the solition
