Imagine walking into the apartment and seeing the highest quality finish with attention to detail. Shining marble floors with matching marble skirting, superb kitchen with granite worktops, bathroom with Porcelanosa fittings.

You see furniture which is of the highest quality. Two sofas with leather trim (one bed sofa), coffee table and quality 32" Flat screen TV with DVD. Quality real wood furniture throughout including extendable dining table. Everything is truly stunning!

Imagine waking up each morning and opening the doors to panaramic views of the luscious green golf course and the snow capped Sierra Nevada mountains!

Or eating breakfast at the superb wicker patio table on the balcony watching the early golfers playing in the bright morning sun!

Or eating your evening meal either inside the apartment or on the balcony with a wonderful view of the Almerimar landscape!

The views from the lounge, bedroom and balcony are truly amazing.


So close to Almerimar marina, shops, bars/restuarants and beach
Imagine walking out into the morning sun and popping down to the supermarket for some fresh bread, only two minutes walk.

Or imagine walking five minutes and having your breakfast in the sun in a choice of bars next to the marina.

During the day it is a short stroll to the many bars on the marina where you can have a cool drink with tapas.

When it comes to the evening imagine walking to the nearest marina and choosing your meal from an array of bars and restaurants including British, Irish and Spanish, all at very reasonable prices.

After your meal you can have a slow stroll down the promenade and watch the gentle waves on the beach.

Well you can do all these things and more at our wonderfully situated apartment.

Car not required but do you want to miss the surrounding attractions?
A car is not necessary as the apartment is just 40 minutes from Almeria airport and a collection service can be arranged if necessary (at a small extra cost).

However there are some wonderful places to visit nearby.

The wonderful Sierra Nevada mountains are one and a half hours drive away (mostly through mountain terrain if you choose). You can go skiiing during winter months and the nearest ski lifts are 2 hours drive away.

Granada with its renowned Alhambra Palace is one and a half hours drive away.

Nearer to the apartment (approximately 20 minutes drive) is the largest resort on the coast, Roquestas de Mar with its water park, shops and Aquarium.

Almeria is approximately 30 minutes drive and this boasts a castle and cathedral.

The Cabo de Gata Natural Park is also well worth a visit. A fascinating landscape cocktail of arid desert, volcanic mountains, jagged sea cliffs, sand dunes, wetlands, a lagoon and sandy hidden coves.

Not forgetting Tabernas, reminiscent of the American Wild West where many great westerns were filmed.

A very nice appartment with good facilities. Nicely decorated and very clean - unlike many advertisements the appartment did look just like the photographs.
There is some noise from the main road outside but not excessive and is an acceptable compromise.
The pool at this time of the year was empty and so we almost had it to ourselves when we wanted to use it.
The appartment was very central giving easy access to all areas and facilities.

There are fantastic views of the golf course and the apartment is directly opposite the new club house. The apartment has a reserved parking space in a secure underground car park.
