I have already given my review for this property and the owners emailed me to say thank you for such a nice review, I am not sure why its not registered and why youre asking for it again. Anyhow, this villa was amazing, homely, clean, comfortable and had lots of little finishing touches that made us feel very welcome. The pool was amazing and the neighbours very friendly and helpful. Tonys artwork was very talented and made the lounge feel cosy and relaxing. Fab villa and would definitely return.

The villa exceeded expections in many ways. It was as appeared in the photos but somehow it was nicer, with lots of little family touches. Location wise, it was fantastic proximity to beach and shopping was ideal, and the luxury villa provided a perfect place for total relaxation. Views are breathtaking, lots of fresh air and I loved hearing the goat herds with their bells on travelling to the pastures morning and night. Bathrooms spotless, kitchen well equipped, (with lots of bits and bobs like spices and oil etc so you have enough when you first arrive), veranda great for dining, pool AMAZING, and well maintained inside and out. Thank you for a lovely holiday.

Sept 1 - Sept 8th - A lovely villa in a beautiful setting! Well equipped kitchen etc. The pool was lovely and plenty of poolside seating, tables and sunshades if needed. The air con was a bonus as the weather was hot and sunny for the whole week with the sun rising above the mountain at 9 am each morning! A little restricting for our 10 month old Grandson as the surrounding roads are not suitable for pushchair. However, he thoroughtly enjoyed himself in the pool every afternoon which made up for it! We wished we had visited Alcaucin sooner than we did ( on the last day!) as it is a lovely village. As lovers of the REAL Spain we hope to be back!

we had an absolutely fabulous time at a marvellous villa with great facilities at the villa . we were concerned when booking it that with three boys aged 6, 8 and 12 that being a bit remote that they may have got bored but it was never a problem because of the facilities at the villaand we would definately go back. m.dabell

Fantastic Villa in a wonderful location. The Villa is well equipped has views to die for and is really peaceful for a relaxing time to unwind from the stressors of everyday life. This is the best Villa we have stayed in.
We had a fantastic time and were very impressed with the villa. We would have preferred the villa to be in a little less rural area, but the swimming pool and the stunning views made up for it. All around a superb holiday. Thanks.
First impression was how clean and tidy the villa was. The decor and furniture were both of a high standard. There was everything you need for a comfortable holiday eg. Private Pool, Terraces, Sunbeds, TV, Satalite, DVD, Air Conditioning, Dishwasher,Washing Machine - so all the home comforts were catered for. We were met at the airport by Ken & Tricia (who live in the villa two doors down) and taken to the villa. The next morning they gave us a full explanation of local amenities / places to visit etc (VERY HELPFUL - VERY NICE PEOPLE!). Although the villa is a bit off the beaten track (some way up the side of a small mountain) it was only 5mins drive to the village and 25 mins drive to the beach (which we found to be no big problem). Stunning scenery around and VERY PEACEFUL and PRIVATE. Overall rating 9.5 out of 10 (with the 0.5 taken off due to it being a little off the beaten track so to speak) but this didn't affect our enjoyment ....RECOMMENDED !
This is a beautiful villa in a fantastic location. The villa itself is very well equipped - and the couple who look after the villa were so friendly and helpful. It is quite isolated, however, and it is important to know that the car is essential - there are no shops or restaurants within walking distance and the beach is also quite a trek. However this is the 'real' Spain with magnificent scenery and is perfect for a quiet, relaxing time in wonderful surroundings.

Hi Tony and Penny Well we are back and it is raining! We had a great time in Spain - your villa is quite something and the views are just fantastic. The weather was hot, hot, hot and our good intentions of visiting places ended up in the bin. We sat by the pool and chilled all week (under parasols as the sun was too fierce most of the time). We did venture out in the evenings in search of food and found some great places to eat. You were right about the winds - first thing in the morning especially before the sun came up, they were quite something. Thank you for all your help - I only wish you had tried to persuade me to take two weeks!! We had a great holiday and you made it all very easy. With our very best wishesJacqui and family P.S. I am sure Tricia will have let you know that the sun canopy was fitted on Wednesday and Thursday.
Tony,Just wanted to say what a wonderful holiday we had at Las Huertas.Tricia & Ken could not have been more helpful and the villa itself is beautiful. We did not know the area of Spain and it was a delight. Thanks so much for all your help with my various queries.I hopr that you have a successful season.Best wishes Jane Hinnrichs
I did not believe it could be as good as described to me by a friend, How wrong I was. Every thing was perfect including the weather. The views are fantastic. The setting of the villa in the olive grove and the tranquility. My son also enjoyed the pool, the use of the mountain bike and of course the playstation. We would reccomend it to anyone without reserve. Sarah Healey
Tony, Many thanks for a truly wonderful holiday. We thouroghly enjoyed your home, pool & views. We had a great time, its such a relaxing place, serene and tranquil. Angie wasnt at all a problem, she is very nice and Fred was also very helpful. We have left your home as we found it - in fine fashion. I told Fred of a couple of oddities, back door would not lock and one of the glow lamps was out. Fred knows, so by now both of those will be fixed. Again, many thanks Tony. Kindest Regards,
