A well-equipped and spacious, ground floor apartment with all the facilities needed for an ideal holiday. Located in the popular, friendly and secure development of La Calma, Alameda del Mar, Playa Flamenca on the Orihuela Costa.
South-west facing, enjoying glorious sunshine til evening. Set in splendid, well-maintained gardens with a lovely view of the main pool from large relaxing patio area. Close by are three more pools offering the same enjoyable experience.

The apartment is in an excellent location close to the beaches. There are 3 supermarkets within a 5-minute walking distance and then more supermarkets within 10–15 minutes. It is also less than 5 minutes’ walk to the Playa Flamenca Commercial Centre, where there is a variety of bars and restaurants. The apartment is also 20-minute walk from the new La Zenia boulevard shopping centre, which has a huge variety of shops (Zara, Mango, Primark, etc.).

There are numerous street markets that are well worth a visit:
Saturday: Playa Flamenca
Thursday: Cabo Roig
And a little further afield
Friday: Torrevieja
Sunday: Zoco at Quesada

For golfers, we are within 10-15 minutes drive of Villamartin, Campoamor and Las Ramblas golf courses. Diving, water sports, cycle hire and go-karting and fun activities (5 minutes) are all available in Playa Flamenca.

Playa Flamenca is situated within easy distance of two airports at Murcia (San Javier) and Alicante, being 20 minutes and 40 minutes respectively. It can be accessed from the N-332 coast road and from the AP-7 motorway.

Everything you could wish for in a relaxing, yet exciting holiday destination!

I can arrange airport transfers, with a fully legal company (licensed taxis) with cars and mini buses. Please beware of people offering collection services as the authorities are pursuing people without the proper taxi license.

Really enjoyed this private piece of paradise Tracy the owner very nice person and communication excellent Dawn the key holder excellent again a pleasure to deal with and very helpful even organising an extra set of keys for us because we had two young adults along with us

Apartment was clean on arrival and was impressed with the size particularly the patio area. Rooms were a really good size with plenty of wardrobe space and loads of hangers.
