La Cinuelica is designed to make an ideal base for all the family. Parking, communal swimming pool with landscaped gardens and a large terrace. The ‘Blue Flag’ La Zenia beach is just a 5 minute drive with many more local beaches within easy reach. Torrevieja and the Acropolis water park are approx 10 minute drive. For golfers La Cinuelica is close to three superb courses at Villa Martin, Las Ramblas and Campoamor.
The property which is pool facing in R14, is a two bed one bathroom apartment. Enter into the living / dining room with sofas, tv dvd and coffee table. To the rear is a dining room table with four chairs. Arched entrance into kitchen which is fully equipped with cooker, oven, fridge and washing machine in an external utility area. The kitchen has all the utensils required for family cooking. Other arched way in the lounge leads to the master bedroom and bathroom. The double bedroom has a double bed with table and lamps. There is also built in wardrobes with plenty of hangars. The bathroom has bath, shower, bidet, toilet and washbasin with light vanity mirror. The second bedroom has two single beds bedside table and lamps. built in wardrobes provide ample clothes storage. There is also a patio with garden chairs, table and parasol for alfresco dining. Additional items include iron and ironing board. The property is cleaned and prepped prior to your arrival .
The development This development is designed for the family holiday market. There is a swimming pool opposite the apartment. Ideal for lazy days in the sun. Also for the children is a playground behind the apartment. There is a supermarket (Consum) approx 10 minute walk which sells all you need for a comfortable stay.

Walking distance from the property you have the following….. Several supermarkets including: Consum, Carrefour, Lidl and Aldi. There are many bars and restaurants within walking distance, including the commercial complex Punta Marina, with a variety of restaurants and shops.
Punta Prima beach is closest to the property and is a sandy beach with beach bars during the summer months, it is approx a15 minute walk. Go-Karting along the N332 is a 10 minute walk, with karts for juniors, adults and Honda’s for those requiring greater speed.
Driving distance from the property you have…… 4 Golf courses: La Finca at Algorfa, nice 20 minutes drive through the countryside with orange and lemon groves, Villamartin, Real Club Campoamor, Las Rambles, all approx 10-15 minutes drive. Torrevieja town is approx 10 minutes drive, with a variety of restaurants, bars and shops. There is a promenade with market stalls selling a variety if items. Nightly fun fair during the summer months. The town comes alive at night during the summer months, where the main road is closed to traffic. There is a harbour where you can take boat rides and the Delfin S61 submarine. There are some great Spanish restaurants in Torrevieja town so you can have a great meal then enjoy the funfair and stallholders that set out there goods at night. There are several beaches within a 10 minute drive of the property. La Mata, playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig, Campoamor and Mil Palmeras. Las Habaneras shopping centre has 3 stories of shops (including C&A, Zara, English Bookshop, H&M, show and Jewellery shops) there are 2 stories for underground parking. The first hour of parking is free. The shopping centre is situated 10 minutes drive away. The Ozone complex with casino, ten pin bowling and restaurants (including KFC) are 10 minutes drive away. Fast food establishments: McDonalds and Burger King are a 10 minute drive, close to the Habaneras shopping centre. There is a water park at Torrevieja (Aquopolis) opens June till September. Pacha nightclub is situated near the water park. Horse riding at Campoamor and jet skiing off Campoamor beach during the summer months. Markets….. There is a market everyday of the week on the Southern Costa Blanca. Two major ones are Playa Flamenca on a Saturday, approx 20-25 minute walk (10 minutes drive), also Torrevieja market which is held on a Friday and is probably the largest market in the area. Transport….. There are two bus services an hour to Torrevieja and a local bus service to the beaches and down to Cabo Roig. There is a Taxi rank at the Consum supermarket so obtaining a Taxi is quite easy. A car is not essential when staying at this property but advisable if you wish to explore the surrounding areas. An airport pick up service is available. Alicante airport is approx 45 minutes drive and Murcia airport is approx 30 minutes drive.
