The apartment has a front line location in a private complex just 150m from the sea, in a quiet area of the exclusive Cabo Roig area of the Costa Blanca c10 kms south of Torrevieja. It is ideally situated for proximity to both sandy beaches and easy access to a wide choice of restaurants and bars plus easy accessibility to several golf clubs, other resorts and amenities and historic towns in the region. This makes our apartment an ideal base for both active or restful beach or golf holidays. It is served by two airports. Alicante (ALC) and Murcia (MJV) and motorway access to both is about 10 minutes away.
The Apartment building is situated within large gated surrounding grounds with fabulous facilities including 3 swimming pools, a jacuzzi, eating areas, barbecues and tennis/paddle courts. This is not a purpose-built holiday apartment complex. Many of the apartments are permanently occupied. It therefore offers security and quality.
The apartment and comprises two bedrooms with ceiling fans, a fully fitted kitchen with separate well ventilated laundry area, a luxury marbled bathroom, and large combined living and dining areas that lead onto a sizeable balcony overlooking the well-maintained grounds. It is fully equipped and comfortably furnished. All bed linen and towels are provided and utility charges are included in the rental prices.
The Complex Facilities and Surrounding Area
The complex has extensive private gated well-kept grounds with grassed areas, flower beds and palm trees and is well lit at night. It includes 3 flood-lit tennis/paddle courts, a barbecue area, plus a childrens' play area, and 3 outdoor swimming pools along with a jacuzzi.
It is is just 150m from the sea, and a similar distance in the opposite direction to many restaurants, bars, shops and banks. There are several safe, Blue Flag sandy beaches close by, the nearest being about a 5-minute walk away via a short coastal walk.
There are three 18-hole championship golf courses just 5-10 minutes drive away. Apart from providing a testing golf challenge, they also boast excellent social facilities.
In addition, with access to the AP-7 motorway lis about 5km away, the historic towns of Torrevieja, Murcia, Orihuela, Cartegena and Alicante are all within easy reach, along with the famous La Manga and Mar Menor. They are well worth a visit especially during one of their many fiestas.
For anyone thinking of buying property in the area our apartment is available for purchase as either a rental going-concern or as a main or second home.

Good, clean and well appointed apartment ideally situated in Cabo Roig. We used the apartment as a base for a golfing holiday and were not let down by any aspect of our stay. The apartment is in a very secure complex and with one set of keys this did cause a few problems if the group did not return together. A further set of keys would have assisted but still this was excellent value for money.
