Our Family stay at the location was fabulous! The villa was of very high standard with plenty of privacy. I would recommend this property to any family looking for luxury at a fair price. There was plenty of useful information left for us re good restaurants and tourist attractions, also useful telephone numbers. I will 100% book with this company again and if I could go above 5 stars I would!!!

We had a superb week at this lovely villa. Although in an urban location it was very quiet and private. The Villa was clean and well furnished; the pool was fabulous. It is close to the local amenities and beach. The location was excellent for exploring the Western side of the Island. We were welcomed well by Denis and he was prompt on the day we had to leave. A great villa which we would happily return to. Our only comments would be that: 1: the directions given using place names did not match those on the road signs! For anyone going to the villa from Tenerife South take the TF1 to junction no: 81 TF47 (signposted Armenime) follow the TF47; at the third roundabout take the exit signed Callao Salvaje. Travel approximately 500 m passing a big church on the left. About 100m past this the road divides; take the right fork and park near the archway. Villa Aziz is immediately on the right (walk up the tiled pathway). 2: The 100 euro cleaning charge payable locally. This not only seemed a huge amount, but also meant that we had to carry a large amount of cash with us, (plus 300 euro damages deposit) as UK banks charge commission on debit cards used in Europe. It would be better to add the cleaning charge to the rental price.

Second time we've stayed in this lovely villa. Fantastic views, especially from the balcony. We had the shared pool for ourselves nearly all the time. Very quiet area. You do need a car to get around but thats not a problem for us. If I was the owner of this house (that would have been nice ;-) I would have pruned the hedge a little lower so you can have a more easily view over the sea from out the garden.

Family from Tonyrefail, United Kingdom October 2018

We had an amazing holiday. The villa had everything we needed for the whole family, ranging in age from 60 down to 5 months. There was loads of room for everyone and enough bathrooms to all get ready without having to wait. The kitchen had absolutely everything you could need and the BBQ area was also well equipped. There were baby gates on all the stairs, and cots and high chairs available in the villa, so it was great for young children. The villa, outside areas and pool were all lovely and clean. I thought the pool was supposed to be heated from October to March but it wasn’t and so was too cold for the baby, which was a shame. The games room was great, with air hockey, pool and a football table, plus table tennis. My son in law is a fitness freak so was able to use the football area for exercise. We paid extra for air con and I’m glad we did as it would have been far too hot to sleep otherwise. Elaine and Paul met us at the villa and explained everything and were available by phone if we had any problems. The villa was in a quiet area, with just a short walk to the seafront with bars and restaurants. There was a supermarket close by, which was expensive but, as we had a car, we shopped in a large supermarket not too far away, which was much cheaper. We really couldn’t fault this villa in any way, it was perfect.
