The apartment is located in the first row of the marina in Los Gigantes. The property is a 3-minute walk from the beach.

In the furnished apartment up to 4 people can accomodate. The apartment is perfect for couples (also with children). There is one bedroom with a large double bed and in the living room a sofa bed (140x200). In the living room there is also a 43 inch Smart TV . So if you have a Netflix or Amazon Prime Account, you can use it. Wifi is for free and in all rooms also on the balcony available.

The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with cooking facilities, microwave and oven. The fridge is very big and has also an icebox.

In the bathroom there is a bathtub with shower and a washing machine and drying rack.

The balcony is large and right on the sea front. It offers a beautiful view of the harbor and the huge rocks which are also called "Los Gigantes".
