This modern villa represents a perfect fusion of modern architecture, minimalism and mediterranean flora that surrounds it. Large, south facing, panoramic windows offer a perfect view over the sea and the salt works from every corner of the interior. The grounds consist of the main house, pool area and an outdoor kitchen with a lounge space and a terrace for sunbathing. The house is spread over 3 floors connected by internal stairs. The living room is connected to the kitchen and dining area thus forming a perfect living space on the 1st floor. At the top floor there are a master bedroom with belonging bathroom and two more bedrooms which share a bathroom. The ground floor is reserved for an extra bedroom with its own bathroom, a large wellnes area equipped with a sauna and whirlpool and an larger open area for relaxation. From here you can access the beautiful pool area, hidden by the lush greenery. The whole house has a security system and is under video surveillance, so your stay in this amazing villa is safe and you can completely relax.
