In the small village of Liminjan not far from the modern holiday resort Portoroz on 30000 m2 plot with olive groves you will find this beautiful villa for the perfect holiday. A combination of traditional and modern architecture, interior of almost 500 m2 and the panoramic view of the surroundings and the sea will ensure a luxurious holiday environment. The villa consists of three floors connected by outer as well as inner stairs. Since the villa is situated on a slope all the floors look like ground floors from one side. The central part with the main entrance where also the wardrobe and one guest toilette are situated spreads from the mail salon with panoramic windows and is connected to the floor below where you find the main dining room, the kitchen and some other spaces. The kitchen is connected to the out door kitchen and a barbecue by a panoramic door. Outside you can find high quality garden furniture. Right and left lay the four bedrooms that all have exits to the terrace. The basement floor holds a garage that is connected to the central part by the stairs. Here you can also find one bedroom with a direct exit to the pool area. The top quality contents will provide you will all you need for a high end holiday. The dining room terrace with a vine offers a peaceful environment. A steam bath and a sauna are at your disposal for the perfect relaxation. Wireless internet access and a play room for the youngest are here to make sure that there is a perfect holiday for everyone. Enjoy the beautiful park and a fountain on your plot.   • A single bed is typically 70cm to 85 cm wide and 180cm to 190cm deep.
  • A double bed is typically 140cm to 180cm wide and 180cm to 190cm deep.
  • A “grand lit” is a European double bed, suitable for couples, and can be smaller than the usual UK or American doubles. It is typically 130cm wide but in some instances may be wider; it is approximately 180cm to 190cm deep.

A bunk bed is two single beds, one on top of another. Some properties also have pull-out beds, sofa beds and/or bed chairs; in a few properties the bed can be low in a wooden frame on the floor.
