The cottage is very cosy, well equiped and in good condition. The bedrooms are large and comfortable with good beds. The bathrooms are small but luxurious. The only disadvantages are the steep stairs.
The terrace is large and we have enjoyed the marvellous views.

A beautifully sited chalet in wonderful surroundings greeted us. It was excellently equipped in every aspect and proved to be a first class centre for touring Slovenia. The desciption was totally fair and accurate. We found the property to be idyllic but as stated in the description is not suitable for those with mobility difficulties.

From Romanshorn, Switzerland Oct 2009

The house is very good renovated. The kitchen and the bathroom and the living room are top. Downstairs the bathroom might have been done.
And a tumbler would be nice.
The very best is the location on the hill, in a quiet landscape with beautiful view.

Slovenia is a beautiful country and Kamnik was a superb location for both walking and sightseeing - too much to see and do in a week, so a return visit beckons. The
chalet is cosy and well equipped, and sitting on the terrace with a BBQd meal and some excellent Slovenian wine enjoying the mountain view was the perfect way to spend time (only quibble is the view would be even more stunning without the neighbours tree in front - perhaps theyd be agreeable to some pruning?).

All in all, a thoroughly enjoyable week in a new destination for us.

From Haywoods Heath, United Kingdom Jul 2008

Waking up and seeing the stunning views every morning was perfect. The chalet had everything we needed for a brilliant holiday, we cant think of anything else that could improve it. Slovenia was a beautiful country with friendly helpful people what more could you possibly want from a holiday destination!

Cosy, three-floor chalet set in beautiful countryside with great views and easily accessible to the hamlet of Kamnik, the capital of Ljubliana and ski resort of Kvacec. We were a family of four, with two children aged 4 & 8yrs. The living room and kitchen are open plan and are set on the first floor and the entrance to the chalet is also on this floor. There is an attic room above with four single beds and a balcony accessed by a ladder-type staircase. We didn't use this floor but the kids played up there a little bit. We used the ground/basement floor that comprised two interconnecting bedrooms and an ensuite. I read a review saying this floor was cold, but it very quickly heated up once the heaters were put on and there is also a log-burning stove in the main bedroom but we didn't need to use this. The log-burning stove in the living/dining area was great and 1-2 logs in the evening was enough to warm up the room to a toasty temperature for quite a few hours. The chalet had everything we needed, only lacking in egg cup holders, but so what! The fields behind the chalet were great for walks and wildlife. Both sets of staircases are very steep which is emphasized by the owner, so we were always very careful going up and down and always kept an eye on the children and reminded them to go slowly and not play near the staircase. To sum it up, we had a great stay and loved Slovenia - it's absolutely beautiful and we'll definitely return and wouldn't hesitate to rebook the chalet.

Chalet is clean comfortable and very well equiped everything you need and more. Made very good use of patio and barbeque. Lovely location plenty of places to visit and books leaflets and maps in chalet on places to go came in very handy. A very enjoyable holiday will definitely be back.
