First time in a villa with my family. The whole experience was a pleasure, location ,villa, pool, and facilities there were all as described.Walking from villa to shops/restaurants is not really an option. Villa overlooks hole 2 on Pinhal golf course. It is in a very quiet area although a road 30 yards away can give a little traffic noise.A good supermarket is a 3 min drive.Kitchen was well equipped and we had some great barbies. There was a couple of issues, which were resolved after 2 days no one working on a Sunday I guess. The only but was some of the glass tables in the villa were unsafe and were in need of replacing, we just moved them to a corner of the villa. Overall a lovely roomy villa and would thoroughly recommend.

The location was excellent as it was 2 mins drive from a supermarket and approximately 5 mins drive from the Vilamoura Marina, where many nice restaurants are located. The villa was nice but needed some TLC. Some tiles were missing from different areas of the pool and so was the drains grill at the bottom of the pool. The rooms were very spacious, with adequate bathroom facilities. The front room was also of a good size with numerous sofas which allowed us to sit together in the evenings. The shaded outdoor dinning area located next to the pool was also ideal for dining al fresco. My rating of this villa would certainly increase significantly if some minor DIY jobs were completed.

Enjoyed a week at the villa, found the villa needed a little TLC in some areas, but still very lovely villa in a lovely area. The issues we did have we were able to contact the local contact easily and they came out to rectify.
Walk to the port is about 20 mins, nice and quiet on an evening.
Pool far too cold.

The villa was everything we expected, very clean and tidy, the outside space is very welcoming and adequate for the size of the property, the walk into the marina is a little longer than expected about 30mins but once you know the short cuts it was ok, it is better to get a taxi back if you out for the evening, I would defiantly go back and recommend to family & friends

I spent a week at this villa in October 2012. The villa was equipped to a high standard however there were very few glasses and as a result we had to buy plastic ones from the supermarket. The garden and pool area is clean and tidy with nice views over the golf course. Although the villa is said to be 1.5km from the marina it is further than this and about a 35 - 40 minute walk away so a car is required. Overall it is a lovely villa and I would definitely stay here again!!

Having just arrived back from our stay at this property, I am happy to say that this was a great villa. Often the pictures/description of a property can enhance the true nature of a property. Not the case with this gem. All aspects were great. Good rooms (with heated bathroom floors - which we loved!) a pleasant, well spaced living area an ample sized pool and garden with a glorious view of the neighboring golf course and did I mention the heated bathroom floors. Its the little things sometimes!
Aside from this, the booking process was simple, whilst transfers ran by smoothly with those looking after the villa happy to fit around your particular flight times at short notice.
Finally, we went as a party of 9 (not 8), as they made space for an extra body in our party by highlighting the sofa bed facility. This was greatly appreciated as this was the villa we wanted.
Would recommend to anyone! Not too much though as I want it myself!
