Vale do Lobo 635 is situated in a large, private plot with beautiful, well-kept gardens and its own pool. It is a secluded, comfortable home-away-from-home, yet, the golden sands of Vale do Lobo beach and its sophisticated sea-front restaurants and cafes are only a short distance.

The golden, sandy beaches of the Algarve are only a kilometre away. Praia do Vale do Lobo is popular with local surfers and the families holidaying in Vale do Lobo. In addition to golf, horse-riding and tennis, there are plenty of water sports on offer along this section of the Atlantic coast.

There are many golf courses nearby; the nearest being the development’s own two courses; Royal and Ocean, approximately 1.5km from the villa. Quinta do Lago South (the course used for the Portuguese open) and Quinta do Lago North are approximately 4km away.

Vale do Lobo shopping is only about 1 kilometre from the property, and you are also close to the sophisticated, sea-front restaurants and cafes on the Praça (or promenade), where you can dine al fresco on their terraces.

Nearby attractions include the ‘Aqua Show’ water park, a 15 minute drive from Vale do Lobo and the Zoo-Marine sea life centre theme park in Albufeira, approximately 25km away. The nearby fishing village of Quarteira has a big market on Wednesdays or you can visit the inland town of Loulé, 20 minutes away by car, has a craft market every Saturday where the traditional, local craftsmen display their wares.
Approach:This impressive villa has been refurbished to a high standard throughout and offers flexible accommodation. Many of the rooms have a dual purpose or extra beds.
The property sits within neatly landscaped green gardens, against which the white-washed walls with their curving archways stand out. You enter the property by a hallway on the ground floor.

Ground Floor:From the hallway you enter into the large main living area which has a separate dining area with a large wooden table and upholstered chairs to seat 8. The living area also contains digital television and comfortable sofas, seated near a traditional fireplace. There are large patio doors that lead out to a large terrace, these flood the room with natural light and link the outdoor space with the interior. There are also steps leading down from the lounge to the garden and pool, providing easy access when you fancy a cooling splash around. Also on the ground floor is the large, modern kitchen which is fully equipped with labour-saving appliances including a dishwasher and microwave. There is also a garage in which you will find a washing machine and tumble dryer, and a cloakroom.
The master bedroom is luxuriously furnished with an indulgent super king-sized bed, walk-in wardrobes, satellite television, and a large en-suite bathroom which has a separate tiled, shower cubicle. There is also a set of patio doors opening out on to a sun-filled terraced. If you fancy an afternoon siesta, you can leave the doors open and let the breeze carry in the soothing sound of cicadas. The second ground floor bedroom has twin beds that can form a double bed or two singles. It has a full en-suite bathroom with bath and shower. The third room is designed as a study but can easily become an extra bedroom, making use of the sofa bed.

Ground Floor:LOWER GROUND FLOOR - A set of stairs lead down to the lower ground floor where the remaining bedrooms are found. There is a bedroom with two single beds, one of which has a hidden slide-out single mattress, so that this room could accommodate three people. This bedroom has its own en-suite shower room, and patio doors leading out to the garden, providing a colourful view. There is a further bedroom with two sets of bunk beds to sleep four people, and it has its own en-suite shower room and patio doors leading out to the well-kept garden. The final room can be laid out with two single beds or a double but when not in use as a bedroom is set up as a daytime den for children with a television and DVD player. If you decide to use it as a bedroom then it does have an en-suite shower room as well as doors leading out into the garden.Outside:The large, green gardens that surround Casa Lilia are shaded by tall umbrella pine trees and leafy palms. A wide set of steps lead you down from the terrace outside of the living area, down to the pool. Stone paved paths lead from the stairs onto the terracotta tiled pool terrace. The double roman-ended private pool has integral steps to lead you gently into the cooling waters.
To the side of the pool is a large stretch of lush, green lawn perfect for sunbathing or playing on.

The property is in a good area (Vale do Lobo). It is about 10 Min. walk from two beautiful beaches nearby. Good infrastructure provided by local high-end supermarket Apolonia and Pingo Doce and several excellent restaurants. Good area for golfers. The house has a beautiful garden with old trees and a huge green lawn. One of the best and biggest in the area. Wonderful atomsphere to grill in the evening. Two bedrooms on upper floor are very nice. One room on the lower floor is very good, one is only suited for children and one room has a bit of an issue with humidity. The only necessary improvement would be a pool fence . Otherwise this property is ideally suited for families with small children.
