Layout
Casa da Encosta is a two-storey villa with a private pool and large patio with sheltered outdoor cooking/dining facilities. On the ground floor is an open-plan living/dining area, kitchen, twin bedroom, family bathroom, and utility area. On the first floor is a twin bedroom and a double bedroom, both with ensuite.

Living Room
The living room has sofas, WiFi Internet, DVD player, dining area and ornamental fire place. There are patio doors to the pool terrace.

Kitchen
The kitchen features: full oven, cooking hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, filter coffee machine, toaster and kettle. There is also a Barbecue.

We had a great time at the this beautiful villa and Beach Villas communicated well from booking to check out.
It was very well equipped and we could not fault it, it was perfect for our party of three women but would equally have accommodated 3 couples and little ones. A quiet and private villa, well proportioned and about 10 minutes walk to a good supermarket and 30 minutes to the beach. You need a car or taxi if you want to go into Albufeira but Uber operate here and worked very well for us.
I would definitely recommend the villa to friends and will return if I am in the Algarve again.

La maison est trA¨s bien situA©e nous A©tions A environ 15-30 minutes de nos excursions.
Nous avons pu faire du parachute ascensionnel, du jet boat, la visite des grottes de benagil, du karting.
Vacance superbe.
The house is very well located we were about 15-30 minutes from our excursions.
We were able to go parasailing, jet boat, visit the caves of Benagil, karting.

An excellent villa in a very quiet location. Both villa pool spotlessly clean on arrival and the mid stay clean was an unexpected surprise but excellent service. We didnt hire a car and used Ubers for getting around. They were very reliable and not expensive. The supermarket was a short walk away and was very well stocked with everything needed for a self catering holiday. We had a couple of small issues whilst in the villa and they were dealt with immediately and in no way spoilt our stay. I would highly recommend this villa for a family holiday.
