From the moment you enter the front gates into the apartment complex, you know you are in a quality place. The apartments are modern and well maintained. The whole complex looks fresh and new. Our apartment is situated on the 3rd floor and is accessible by lift. Press the switch on the left as you enter the complex and this lights up the stairwell. The switch on the right releases the front gate(s), inner & outer. To get to the pool and garden area, go down in the lift (or stairs) to the underground car park. Walk through the garage and exit via a door beside main garage door into the pool area. The pool is serviced by communal toilets and showers and there are communal sunbeds (yellow and white) available to all apartment Users. The pool is one of the largest outdoor pools in Vilamoura and this is really appreciated as there are only 16 apartments in the complex. There is also a kids paddling pool.

Refuse points are accessible at the back of the complex and re-cycling is available at the bottom of the road from the apartment block, beside the main roundabout.

When you enter the apartment, you will be immediately impressed by the space in the apartment. The large hall area gives a wonderful airy feeling. To the right you have the kitchen, which is fully furnished with all mod cons, touch sensitive hob, fan oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dish-washer, toaster, juicer, gas water heating, sandwich maker, hoover, iron, ironing board. The utility area at the back of the kitchen has a clothes line for excellent drying conditions. Each of the rooms has its own independent air conditioning unit for maximum comfort. The system doubles as a heating system in winter, this is further complimented by a log burning closed fireplace in the main living area. The living area has a stylish designer glass table and 6 chairs. There are 2 large couches with one Chaise Long. This room has a TV, DVD/CD player with surround-sound system & Sky Box (bring your own Sky card with you for additional channels).

The living area opens out on to a large balcony over-looking the large pool area. The balcony has a table and 4 chairs. There is a BBQ on the balcony and you are welcome to use it. The master bedroom is ensuite with a toilet, bidet, bath and shower. This bedroom has 2 single beds which can be pushed together if required. The main bathroom has a toilet, bidet, shower. The 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds and a spare camp bed. This room also has a babys cot. Both bedrooms have plenty of wardrobe space.

Vilamoura is an excellent place for food and entertainment. It is also renowned for its fantastic beach (Falesia beach), it is a wonderful sandy beach that stretches for miles. The casino offers great shows and great fun for those who like a flutter. The local water-park is ideal for kids and adults alike.

If you like golf you are in Heaven, the apartment is directly opposite the Laguna, Millenium and Victoria golf courses. The Old Course and Pinhal courses are less than a mile away. Vila Sol has 27 holes and is less than 5 mins drive from the apartment. The local golf academy has a driving range, golfing lessons and a 3-hole golf course, ideal for the beginner or a good place to practice. Golf prices in Portugal can be expensive, so if you are interested in playing golf the best guy to chat to is Andy Willmott (+351913922707) he operates a discount golf service for Vilamoura and runs a golf society for 3 local bars (Atlantic, Pacifico & Oscars), he runs 2/3 outings a month across the best courses, his website is Contact Andy directly, visit his website or call into the Bars and chat to Al (Pacifico) or Seamus (Atlantic). You can hire clubs from the Airport from €35 a week, I use Paul McGinleys service, alternatively you can hire the clubs on the course, normally between €20-40 a round.

Additional features - swim with the Dolphins at ZooMarina - Go to the water-park in Quarteria, fab slides, great shows. Brownes sport club, just a 15 minute walk away, indoor heated pool, tennis courts, gym, squash courts, restaurant & bar (the place where soccer & rugby teams go pre-season!) - Visit the annual sand-sculpture exhibition at Pera - Enjoy the markets in Quarteria (Wed) and Loule (Sat) - Try hill-walking literally on your door-step - There are 20+ km cycling & walking paths in Vilamoura - There is a National park literally 5 minutes up the road, great for walks, bird watching etc.. - The Vilamoura train brings you on a magical 1 hour trip around the resort, pick it up from any of a dozen start/stop places - including, The Marina, Hilton Hotel, Casino, Falescia beach. Did I mention the Casino? its the closest to the Vegas experience I've ever had, great roulette tables, black jack, poker, slots etc.. fun for hours.

The apartment is a 40 minute walk to the Marina, or a 5 minute drive. Taxis are readily available and cheap, circa €7 to/from Marina. All in all a truely wonderful place to have your holiday

We stayed in this Villa from 25th July - 6th August 2014 as a family of 5 (3 Children). The Villa was just perfect for us it had the space we needed, the facilities and was a great place to stay and base ourselves. The pool is large and great for all age ranges with a relaxed environment to play in, sunbeds provided and even toilet facilities near the pool too so you dont need to go back up to the Villa, great when you have little ones. Not only was the Villa extremely clean and well appointed / kept but also the communal areas and gardens. We hired a car for the holiday and parking was never a problem, the drive to the Port of Villamoura was 10 Min away, Beach about 8 Min, Water Park 15-20 Min Max we really were well located. With such short distances to key locations you could managed using local services and/or Taxis also. I really do recommend a stay here its a great place and we had a great holiday.

Well equipped apartment with a great pool, quite location but within easy reach of beaches and restaurants.
The is a great well kept apartment in an ideal location. We stayed with you children and thought the facilities were excellent. We had now problems and the houseowners were very helpful and efficient in their communication. The proximity to some great golf courses and lovely restaurants made life very easy.
Superb quality apartment and surrounds. We stayed here in September and found it an ideal location. Lovely private garden with large pool and the complex is a short taxi ride to the lovely Villamoura marina. It is also surrounded by the many golf course in the graeter Villamoura resort. The apartment itself is very large and luxurious with top quality furnitrure and fittings. It had everything you are likely to want includingh a balcony overlooking the pool. Highly recommended.
This is a quality apartment maintained and equipped to a very high standard providing all mod cons including air-conditioning, TV, and DVD/CD player with surround sound . There is a large living area and spacious balcony with ample room for table chairs and BBQ. The apartment is only 10 minutes drive from Villamoura with its spectacular marina surrounded by a vast array of excellent restaurants. The golden sandy beach at Vilamoura stretches for miles and is the jewel in this coastline. There are several good golf courses close by. Overall this apartment provides everything you need for a very comfortable holiday in a quality location.
Looked for a good place where the whole family could enjoy the portuguese wheather, food, beaches and play some golf. Found this great place which definately exceeded our expectations. Easy access from the airport, Vilamoura is a great place, Golf courses just fantastic and the apartment was above our expectations. The swimming pool was a bit cold in January, but being a Swede I guess that is something you should be able to handle.. :-)
We have stayed in this apartment and it is very well equipped, spotless and homely. The garden area and pool are maintained to a very high standard. It is a perfect location for couples or families and is excellent value for money. There is a vast choice of excellent beaches and restaurants within a short drive. Many top quality golf courses nearby will have you spoilt for choice. I would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment to friends and family.
Stayed both peak and off-peak.Brilliant for golf in off-peak season.Makes ideal location for relaxed holiday in peak season with private pool and south/west balcony overlooking it,short car/taxi journey to magnificent beach and range of top class restaurants both in Villamoura and immediate area.
I have stayed in this apartment on 3 occasions. It is very well appointed in a great location - short distances to several very good golf courses and the local marina & town, yet it is a nice oasis of calm luxury. The garden and pool area is well maintained and great for relaxing and catching the sun. I can certainly recommend it for quality and value.
Firstly, the area of Vilamoura itself is to be highly recommended. Whether youre a golfing enthusiast, a connaisseur of the finer foods, a sun worshipper or simply someone who is in search of a variety of activities then Vilamoura is well worth considering. This particular appartment complex positions you perfectly to access all of the amenities of Vilamoura which are located within a 5 or 10 minute drive of this appartment. Full compliments to the owners who have done everything to make this a home from home. It really has everything you could ask for. It is comfortable, clean, tastefully decorated and contains all of the mod-cons. It certainly gets my vote.
Extremely comfortable apartment in a very good location . All mod cons available and very nicely furnished. Large and well positioned balcony with great views of the surrounding area for enjoying the sunset. Good sized pool available for use on private grounds . All in all this is a high quality apartment to make your home away from home
I have stayed at this apartment twice and found it to be fantastic. The property and the decor are of the highest standard. The location is fantastic as it is a close distance to the marina and a number of excellent golf courses. The pool is really nice and the views from the balcony of the Algarve and the Mediterranean are brilliant. If you are looking for a beautiful place to stay for a good price, you cannot go wrong with this apartment.
We have stayed in this apartment a number of times and it is an excellent apartment in a very good location. Its easy accessible from the Airport , close to some magnificent beaches and great restaurants on the Marina. The apartment itself has everything you need , great kitchen, very good living room and the balcony is a special place for breakfast in the morning and a cool drink in the evening. The pool area is also an excellent feature and it was never too busy any of the times we were there. I have recommended it to friends and am happy to continue to do so.

We bought our first property in the Algarve in 2003 and have used it extensively since then as we love the area and the people of Portugal. In 2004 we bought a share in another property jointly owned with family members. We always look after the properties to ensure they stay had a high-standard of presentation. This is a luxury accommodation and is really our home from home. It really has everything you need to enjoy your stay, we pride ourselves in always giving a great customer experience.
