This self-catering 2 bedroom apartment with large, furnished balcony featuring panoramic views of the landscaped gardens, just 800 m from the Lagos Marina.
Facilities in the resort include an outdoor adult large swimming pool, kids swimming pool, kinder garden, tennis courts and a Bar by the Swimming pool that serves drinks and light meals (just operating in the summer months).
The apartment has air-conditioned and features a modern interior with wooden furniture and tiled floors. There is a large open-plan living and dining areas, as well as kitchen with a washing machine.
Guests can rent a bike to explore the city of Lagos and its surroundings. Kids can have fun at the children’s pool and playground. During the summer season, a supermarket and a newspaper shop are available on site.
Meia Praia Beach is just 1 km away. The apartments are located 1.7 km from Lagos`s historical city centre, where guests can visit the Ponta da Bandeira Fortress, the Governor’s Castle, and the Santa Maria Church (Golden Church).
Lagos is arguably the most attractive town in the Algarve, a historic small fishing port of a population of cic. 20,000 near the glorious unspolit western end of the province. Spectacular sandy beaches and world class Marina alongside championship golf courses. Lagos has far escaped the over building that has marred much of the central coast. This place has preferred to retain its tranquil way of life. Lagos is neat, uncluttered and pedestrian friendly with its long waterfront promenade and recently constructed marina which is full of yachts passing or on way to the Mediterranean all year long. You will be spoiled for choice with such a variety of pavement cafes , restaurants shops and markets to suit every pocket and taste. Fresh fish and seafood are readily available and good value for money.

The apartment was spacious, clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, it even had a dishwasher! parking on the street was plentiful but there was also a space in a garage that we could use if we wanted to. The location is good, it is close to a large supermarket, the marina and the town centre which has a very good array of shops, bars and restaurants. we had a car with us so getting into the centre was not a problem but I think elderly or disabled people would struggle to walk back to the apartment as it is on a long hill.
The swimming pool was lovely, the bar/restaurant was open, the drinks and food were reasonably priced. we did not eat there so cannot comment on the quality.
Checking in was difficult because we just had an apartment number. the apartment was in block 10 but we did not know that and even if we did it is not possible to see the sign "block 10" in the dark. Carlos rang us soon after we had arrived and let us in so it was not too much of a problem. all in all a lovely place to stay!

This apartment is in the town but in a quiet area near the beach. It has a shared pool, a balcony, a children pool area, outside lighting and a tennis court. Car hire is not necessary as the apartment is less than a 15 minute walk to a large selection of shops, bars, restaurants; however parking is available if required.
