A very elegant, comfortable & cozy Flat, in the heart of the stylish & sought after Chiado district. It is located on the 3rd floor of a totally renovated building with two elevators & with fantastic views to the river from all rooms. Wireless internet, TV and heating/air conditioning are available & complimentary.

The flat offers all the amenities for a very comfortable stay, from the air conditioner/heating system to the fully equipped stunning designer kitchen. The rooms are decorated to the highest standard & with great taste.

All the fashionable restaurants, the upcoming new shops & cafés are all walking distance. Jose Avillez’s restaurants are all in the area also as well as known international brands such as Amorino ice cream, Kiehls and many more. La Durée is on Avenida da Liberdade and it is a 5 minute cab ride or a 15 minute walk

The Opera house & theatre are about a two minute walk away. It is a unique property that lies in the heart of the Chiado area & is surrounded by everything that one wants for a vacation.

There are plenty of beautiful churches in Lisbon such as the St. Roque Church which is few minutes away & a bit further but still within walking distance is the Santo Antonio church.

Golf courses are nearby too, about 30 minutes by car or less.

The Baixa/Chiado metro station is about 3 minutes walk away. The Cais de Sodre train station is a 3 minute walk away and it is where you can take a train to Cascais via a scenic route passing by several towns including Estoril.

Tram 28 stops around the corner from the apartment.

The apartment also has two parking spaces under the building so if you prefer to travel by car this is a bonus as it is normally quite difficult to find parking in Lisbon.

Great location, great view, great facility. Very clean, and very well-stocked. The responses from the host were always very prompt, accurate, and detailed. I'm sorry I couldn't meet the host because we missed our connecting flight. Everything just as described and expected. The parking was a little tricky with very tight entry way for my mid-size rental car - but then again we're talking about reserved parking smack in the middle of the town center. I'll want to stay here again if I get a chance to come back to Lisbon.

The apartment is very enjoyable, spacey and very well and tastefully equipped. The location is perfect and the view amazing. We will keep an excellent souvenir of our stay and in particular my mother for her 70's birthday!

we had 6 nights in this fabulous apartment - in easy reach of everywhere ... and with air con which was a joy to come back to. The apartment had everything we could need and Zain was a great host - and really understanding when our flight was delayed so we were late arriving - we also loved that he even left new toothpaste and toothbrushes for us - which was a lovely touch - as were the other treats he left for us. I'd definitely recommend the apartment - so lovely to come back to after a day of sightseeing

Me and my family stand there one week. The flat is very confortable with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths.m, very clean! The house-owner, Zain, is adorable and is always avaible on her phone for every problem; she has bought EVERYTHING (also new toothbrush for everyone!!) and something to eat for the first day. I advice the flat also beacause is in the center of Lisbon near Chiado!!

Hands of the best properties we have stayed at. Our family was comfortable and enjoyed coming back to such a beautiful lodging to unwind after a long day of exploring Lisboa. The view was lovely and the amenities were well thought out. For example, extra toothbrushes were provided and food items were left such as spaghetti, eggs, wine, soda, fruit, etc. These items were much appreciated when we didn't have the energy to go to a restaurant after touring Sintra. Our arrival was delayed by a full day (our fault) and Zain quickly accommodated us. We were in constant contact with her updating our travel to the property. There is a garage underneath the property which was great because we did rent a car for excursions to the Algarve. If you do rent a car, one recommendation is to find a parking space very near the apartment, meet with the people that will take you through the property and hand off the keys, then move your car to the garage. We look forward to returning to Lisboa and staying in this property. We have already recommended it to our friends!

Turzain's apartment is really a stunner. There is a corner view of the waterfront, terrace, very nicely appointed rooms, a cozy and well appointed kitchen, and really great living room. Turzain greeted me at check-in. She's very sweet, a great communicator and attentive. Not to mention patient, in helping us deal with a couple silly issues that we had.
