Bedroom 1 has a double bed with fitted wardrobes, dressing table and 2 bedside tables and a patio door with entrance onto the large patio area. Bedroom 2 has twin beds with fitted wardrobes.The apartment has lift access to roof terrace, underground parking and other two floors. The apartment has a large patio overlooking the beautiful gardens. The patio has outdoor furniture such as a table which seats 6 and 2 sun loungers. It has a wonderful large roof terrace (30 metres squared) with spectacular views over old town Tavira and the sea. It is only a walking distance into Tavira town centre (exactly 8 minutes), close to all amenities including bars, supermarkets, restaurants, coffee shops, banks, railway and bus station. In a good location for access to an amazing 4 mile stretch of beaches with golden sands. From Faro Airport it takes 20-30 minutes to the apartment on the A22. The nearest Golf course is Benamor. Also close to Ria Formosa nature reserve.
