There are licenced restaurants within a few minutes walking distance. It is about 15 minutes walk to get inside the walls of old Lagos and another 8-10 minutes walk to the river. The Porto Mós and Dona Ana beach are about 15 minutes walk while other beaches are 20 and 30 minutes away on foot. Travelling by town bus service, taxis and, of course, hire cars or your own/hire car will reduce these travelling times considerably. The apartment complex has its own supermarket, take-away, coffee shops, restaurant, newspaper shop etc. while gym, swimming and other sports facilities are available nearby. The apartment is available for rental throughout the year and most of the apartments in the complex are occupied throughout the year.

Lagos is situated on the west side of Algarve and about one hour by road from Faro Airport. It has a substantial old walled town; is a centre of fishing, leisure and commerce with beautiful beaches and pools within walking distance.
