The village of Carvoeiro has its own pretty beach, where small fishing boats offer trips for tourists, to see the caves and the dolphins.There are many restaurants, bars and ever improving shops in town but the surrounding countryside, in which the villa is located, is a haven of tranquillity. Whilst the town has its own pretty beach, there are many famous and popular beaches minutes from the house, including Marinha, Benagil, Carvalho, Centianes and others.The golf courses, Pinta and Gramacho are less than 10 minutes drive away, the closest water park is 5 minutes away, with several others within a half hour drive. Faro airport, Lagos, Vilamoura marina and casino, and Silves are very close, within 30-45 minutes drive - car hire is recommended !
The gardens of the villa are around 3,600 m2 and include a 10x5m swimming pool which has a solar cover to keep some of that heat in during the cooler months, a private all-weather tennis court, trampoline and a table tennis table(bats and balls incl.).
