Welcome to our luxury apartment in albufeira, Built July 2010 just 250 metres through a private gated access and you are on the beach of Forte Sao Joao, Apartment is on the second floor over-looking the 2 pools, with views Over-looking Albufeira Bay. Enjoy the sun from morning to early evening.
Location is quiet but only several minutes walk to the famous strip with many bars and restaurants.
The integrated kitchen is well equipped with Miele appliances. Surfaces are covered with black granite that completes the luxurious feel. Fully equipped with kettle, toaster, coffee maker, , crockery, cutlery, pots, pans cooker, dishwasher, microwave, fridge,/ freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, and central vacuuming system.
The sofa opens to provide a comfortable double bed and the dining area comfortably seats four guests. The lounge can be completely segregated by the sliding doors accessing the kitchen, to enable privacy should the sofa bed be needed. 42 inch LCD TV for your viewing pleasure. Air-conditioning / Heating is fitted throughout the apartment The bathroom includes Jacuzzi bath/shower bidet, toilet, under floor heating. All linen and towels are provided.
