Villa Waterside is a self catering holiday home located right in the heart of Luz - a charming and picturesque resort in the Western Algarve.
This cozy, exclusively designed holiday home called "Waterside" is located at the most central location of Luz in a quiet cul de sac. The sandy beach, restaurants, bars and supermarkets are close by, most just a 2 minute walk away. In addition to the exclusive yet central location, you can enjoy a fantastic view of the Atlantic, the beach and the coast with the typical black rocks of Praia da Luz.
The house is perfect for families or couples looking for a relaxing holiday.
The house has two floors. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms and can accommodate 6 people very comfortably. The first bedroom has a king size bed and an en suite bathroom. The other bedrooms have two beds each. The first and second bedrooms are oriented towards the sea side and have a 'Patio' door to the terrace. From here you can hear the sound of the waves.
On the second floor is the kitchen and living room. The kitchen has plenty of self-catering (with a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, washing machine, coffee maker etc.). It is designed to open to the living room; a perfect entertaining space. From the living room and the terrace you can enjoy a wonderful panoramic view of the sea. The terrace invites you to enjoy breakfast at sunrise. You will enjoy picturesque and romantic impressions even at night over dinner (barbecue grill in place :-), when the moon and the stars are shining above the sea.

Luz offers an impressive variety of restaurants (Portuguese, British, Brazilian, Italian, Indian, Chinese, South African), pubs and stores. Praia Luz has one of the cleanest beach of the Algarve. It's a safe beach, which is supervised during the summer. An ideal space for sunbathing or different sports activities (Snorkelling, Surfing, etc.). The beach of Luz is also ideal and safe for families with children. I recommend the beach restaurant Paraiso. You can supervise your child playing in the sand while drinking a cool beer or slurping an ice cream.
