Well presented, split level spacious townhouse with a beautiful view of Luz bay. One of 6 townhouses sharing a large pool and terrace.
The breakfast kitchen has all the usual including basic store cupboard ingredients, plus microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The lounge/dining area has a high standard double sofa bed, further large sette, tv, dvd, playstation and a huge picture window with superb sea view.
The master bedroom with king size bed, plenty of wardrobes and storage has an ensuite bathroom with bath, shower and bidet. Leading off this room is a very private courtyard and off this courtyard is two sets of steps. One set leads to the second bedroom which has twin beds and a shower room. The other steps offer a further way to the BBQ/sun terrace area.
The house is equipped with all you need including buckets and spades!!
There is a large bbq/sun terrace with table and chairs, overlooking the pool and Luz bay.
The communal pool and large sun terrace with sunbeds (shown above) is situated directly off the townhouse and once more overlooks Luz bay. It is totally secure and only available for the use of residents. There is a further brick built bbq and larger dining area available for the use of all residents within the pool area.
The village and beach of Luz is a 10 min walk away so a car is not necessary - the supermarket is even closer. There is a also superb bus service covering the local area right on the doorstep. It is a lovely relaxed village with lots of great bars and restaurants and the locals are very welcoming.
Everything you could possibly need is 10 minutes walk away or already in the house.
The villa was a gorgeous place to spend a week. The area of Luz wasnt the most vibrant however so found myself spending more time in Lagos. All in all though had a lovely time. Would certainly recommend

We consider ourselves lucky to have stayed at such a wonderful place , comfortable lounge and bedrooms and fully equipped throughout, with a spacious balcony with a spectacular sea view.
The swimming pool was great and a swim before breakfast made for a great start to the day. Pria de Luz has excellent beaches and everything is kept clean tidy.
We look forward to returning to Pria and rate it 10/10

Well what can we say !!!!
We have a girls holiday every May and this was by far the best.
The villa was superb and to top it all although there were 6 villas, the week we were there no-one else was so we felt like the girls from sex in the city with our own pool and glorious views.
Although very close to the restaurants and bars we only ventured out 2 nights as we loved it so much we just lazed around the pool all day then ate our dinner on the terrace.
Baptsite supermarket is a must as you can pay for your shopping at the till and they will then deliver to your door free of charge, as although quite close we didnt fancy carry all our wine up the hill !!!!
Kitchen was well equipped.
We initially had a problem with the hot water when we arrived but on calling to report this we had the management guy at the door within 10 mins - alas it was simple - gas bottle had run out , but we are women lol
We used the sofa bed in the lounge which was easy to use and not a problem having to pull out each night, and comfortable too.
We arranged our transfer from the airport with a guy called Vidal who the owner very kindly gave us his number and we would highly recommend.
Fantastic villa fantastic place and we had a wonderful time and didnt want to return home.

What a little gem, beautiful house, tastefully decorated and furnished.Having read some of the comments before we went I have to say there isnt anything that I would change about the house, its lay out or contents all of it was spot on.
Perfect location to explore the Algarve or to just laze by the pool. The pool was an absolute hit with all of us.
The beaches are also near and are of an excellent quality. Overall loved this holiday home and surrounding area, would definately recommend to anyone. I only wish I had booked 2 weeks instead of one!

We thoroughly enjoyed a week at the villa. There were six of us, my husband and I, our 2 children and my parents. We thought the villa was very well equiped, with all the home comforts you would need. Dishwasher, washing machine etc. The pool was a wonderful size, which the children literally spent hours in. Although shared, mostly they had it to themselves and when a couple of neighbours were around, they were very friendly. We thought Luz was a lovely town, we enjoyed a meal out every night and the kids enjoyed the beach and the watersports. The locals were very friendly. We didnt really venture much further, as we felt we had all we needed for a well deserved relaxing holiday. The only slight pain, was taking the sofa bed up and down each night, due to 6 of us being in the villa. However, we were fully aware before we booked, so no complaints whatsoever. We would be very tempted to return and possibly for longer, so that we explore surrounding areas a little more. We enjoyed a very peaceful holiday and thought the villa was a real home from home.

My husband Pete and I joined friends for a week at this beautiful apartment. It is one of the best holidays we have had. Apartment is really homely and was perfect for our relaxing week by the fab pool. Praia Da Luz is just lovely with a large selec tion of restaurants and a fab promenade. The local bus was great, once we worked out the timetable, and we had a couple of trips out to Lagos with fantastic Marina (once again spolit for choice with restaurants) and Bargou (spelling?) is just lovely with almost a cornish feel to it. The only problem was the walk up the hill from the town back to the apartment but to be fair I am not that fit. Brilliant!
Lovely winter break. The house was lovely and warm using the heaters provided. The area was quiet but Lagos is only 5 mins away if you want more. We didnt just walked and enjoyed. Thanks
Just what we needed, a pleasant break from the English winter. The views and the walks, especially from Luz to Burgau, were exhilerating. Great choice of local restaurants, all were great value too. We can't wait to go back.John and Mary
We had a fantastic holiday in Luz. The accommadation was extremely comfortable with great views and plenty of room on the terraces to enjoy the sunshine and a glass of wine! The golf was excellent with so much choice locally. Boa Vista was our favourite and would recommend the course to all your guests. Thanks for a great holiday.Gary and Karen
A lovely home from home holiday. Everything you could need for a relaxing holiday. Luz is a lovely village and the locals are very welcoming - fab supermarket with a delicious bakery!
