This recently refurbished ( kitchen and bathroom) and newly decorated throughout this 2 bedroom apartment is situated in the pretty resort of Praia da Luz, in the Western Algarve Region of Portugal.
Positioned only 100 metres from the beautiful soft sandy beach and within walking distance of all the amenities you could wish for, Boa Vista golf course is only 5 mins away by car. There is also a fantastic cliff top walk to Lagos
The apartment is 1 of 8 apartments in this building and is the only apartment to have it's own huge roof terrace which has a gated, lockable entrance and 4 sun loungers.

All windows have drawstring roller bilinds for addition security and privacy.
The huge roof terrace has 4 sunloungers and has panoramic views over parts of the village as well as seaviews. Surround lighting on terrace.

We arrived late evening and was pleasantly surprised how nice the area and apartment was, the views of the surrounding area and the ocean got better and better as we climbed to the apartment, there is 4 small sets of steps to get to it but my god well worth the views, a stones throw from the ocean, beach, restaurants and bars. We can recommend Chaplins for a good home cooked meal and plenty of it and The Fort across the car park became a firm favourite of ours with the most amazing views to sit and eat a lovely meal to. Being in the hub of this very pretty town of Luz was quite surprised when we ventured further afield to find so many apartments being built. But this apartment will always be in prime location in the what will become the old town. We are going to say we would definitely use this apartment again despite it being a little tired in places and the tv ariel didn't work, but just small details that wouldn't stop us using it again. The only thing we would say is that a complimentary bottle water would have been so welcomed as we arrived to late to catch the spar shop open plus not knowing where anything was anyway, a small but well needed gesture would have been good. Can't wait to visit Portugal again, loved it x
This was our second stay at the property and again it was very good. The only problem was, that the apartment had not been fully cleaned when we arrived and we had to contact the Agent. Thankfully the maid arrived within an hour and it was resolved.
We stayed in the apartment for 10 days at the end of November. The directions were very clear and we had no difficulty finding it. Fortunately we had a torch handy when we arrived as we needed this to climb the stairs safely and find the key.
When we arrived at about midnight, due to our flight arrival time, we found the apartment in a state which suggested we were not expected. All the outside furniture was inside the lounge area, the beds were unmade and no bedlinen or towels were to be found in any of the cupboards. We immediately contacted the agent who reassured us that someone would be in the following day to sort things out. We still had to make our own sleeping arrangements for that night.
Once the apartment had been re-arranged for visitors, most things were fine with the exception of minor details like light bulbs not working.
We enjoyed our stay and now have anecdotes to tell relating to this particular holiday.
loved it! Lovely apartment right in the middle of lovely Luz. Next to the famous church and local to bar and restaurants. Stunning view of the sea both sides of the apartment. Loved it!
Views and location for this apartment were amazing,everything you need is practically on your doorstep. We would definately recommend staying here,not only is the apartment comfortable but the place itself is by far the best part of portugal we have stayed in. Thankyou to Nikki and Claire who are also extremely helpful,hopefully see you next year.
