This beautiful villa is spread by 3 floors.
Lower ground level: Large double garage and laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
Ground floor: Large Hall area with storage facilities, double bedroom, bathroom including shower, modern well equipped kitchen with door access to the back garden, large dining area with 2 sets of double doors to the back garden, large living room with double doors to the front of the house.
First Floor: Large master bedroom with bathroom including bath and separate
shower, large triple bedroom (double & single beds) with a separate bathroom with shower. Large Double bedroom with bathroom. All bedrooms has private balconies.
The location of the villa is perfect. There is no need for you to rent a car, only if you want to visit other area in the Algarve . The villa is central : within 5 minutes walking you can find plenty of restaurants, snack-bars, pharmacy, bank, supermarket, coffees etc. The beach is also within 10 minutes walking as well plenty of other restaurants.
Taxis and Bus stops are practically 2 minutes walking, so even if you dont have a car you always have someone to pick you up at the area. The prices are very cheap and they are available 24 hours a day.
