Town house overview - owner's description

A very modern 3 bedroom town house. The property has been built and is furnished to a very high standard.
The front terrace overlooks the pool and beautiful garden area. Electrical controlled blinds for all windows and patio doors, as well as double glazing throughout.

All 3 rooms are spacious and ensuite. Kitchen with Hob, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Iron/ironing Board, Kettle, Toaster, Airing Rack and all Utensils needed for cooking and dining in or Al Fresco. The Open Plan Lounge has a very comfortable large L-shaped Sofa, TV, wifi.Air conditioning.
The Dining Area has seating for 6 and there are Patio Doors leading to the Terrace where there are outside chairs and a table for Al-Fresco eating.
The Master Bedroom has a King Sized Bed, large built in wardrobe, east facing window to front of property and an en-suite shower, wc and mirrored unit, and patio doors leading to the terrace which overlooks the pool/garden area. Bedroom 2 has Twin Beds, large built in wardrobe, . Bedroom 3 has a king size bed, built wardrobe, patio doors leading to the terrace overlooks the garden and country side.

Ferreiras is a small village 5 km north of Albufeira and is ideal for those who wish to live within the Portuguese community, but at the same time, within easy reach of Albufeira Centre. Ferreiras train station in 5min walk, perfect to discover Algarve by train.

The Old Town and ´The Strip` are approx. 5 minutes by car, local taxi (cheap) or by the Giro (City Bus). Local shops, restaurants (much cheaper eating locally), bars, cafés, large supermarket, local butchers, bakeries, local Regional (daily) and Municipal Markets (twice monthly), banks, chemist, filling station, children’s park etc. are all within easy walking distance of the apartment.

This up and coming suburb of Albufeira is now becoming a favourite for foreigners who wish to reside or buy a second home abroad, as well as the Portuguese themselves who want to live away from the hustle & bustle of Albufeira Centre. The whole village has a great feel to it and the apartment is centrally located to explore, by car or by train, the whole of Algarve from the Spanish/Portuguese border (Vile Real San Antonio) to Cape St. Vincent (the most south westerly point in Europe). The Albufeira train station, which is actually located in Ferreiras, is within 15 minutes walk of the apartment. You can also take the Alfa High Speed train to the city of Lisboin (takes approx. 2 1/2 hours). You can actually take the early morning train and return the same evening.

The property is situated very close to the connections for the N125 (national road) and the A22 (the motorway that runs from the Spanish/Portuguese border in the east to Lagos in the west). There are 3 Golf Courses in Albufeira and 6 in nearby Vilamoura, which boasts its famous cosmopolitan Marina.

Zoomarine Oceanic Park, Algarve Shopping with its large Hypermarket, many Line Shops,and large Food Court + Retail Park (with the famous Iceland for all your home products) are all within 10 minutes drive from the apartment. Some of the most beautiful beaches in the Algarve are within 5 - 10 minutes drive, including the famous Sao Rafael which has been voted as one of the top 5 in Europe.

We can also oorganise Car Hire for you with a company who do all inclusive pricing - please note that car hire is not essential but useful, even for a few days, to explore some of the beautiful places in Algarve.

This is a beautiful house with everything you could need. Fully air conditioned which is great in the summer temperatures. Went with our 2 year old grandson so the gated garden was great as he could play securely. Pool was nice too. Went in July before the school holidays and never had to share the pool with anyone else. We hired a car which was needed for trips to the beach and into Albufeira. Had a great holiday and would thoroughly recommend this house

La casa es muy amplia y cómoda, muy bien equipada de todo, sobretodo la cocina. La verdad hemos pasado unos días muy agradables. Ideal para ir en familia o con amigos.

Outside this town house in Ferreiras, Algarve
This town house is in the town but in a quiet area. It has a shared pool, a barbecue, a garden and a shared garden. Car hire is recommended as the town house is less than a 15 minute walk to at least a couple of shops, bars and restaurants; however parking is available if required.
